Although it came with all of the necessary hardware for installation, I was skeptical of their compression sleeves. Apart from that, the installation was simple because all of the holes matched the ac unit perfectly.
So I reasoned, "Hey, it's just a bracket," and "How could they screw it up?" My assumptions were incorrect. This flimsy nonsense needs to be taken down from Amazon. Bolts are even less expensive and more likely to break.
I bought a mini split heater and didn't want to pay three times as much for the name brand brackets as I did for these Amazon brackets. These brackets functioned flawlessly, were simple to install, and perfectly matched my heat pump. Excellent craftsmanship.
I would have preferred it to be a little more heavy-duty. It's functional, but I prefer things to be a little more stable.
Used on my 12k mini split unit, and it worked perfectly.
When assembled, the supports are slightly wobbly; a cross brace may be required; I hope it holds up.
It's very practical and easy to set up.
Hardware is included in the package. Simple.
