I received my portable damaged out of the box. Scuff/scratch marks can be found on the bottom of the unit, as well as a chip on the edge of the control panel. It was the first day using the device, I left it running for nine+ hours. I returned home to find a flooded floor in my guest room. Additionally, my room temperature did not differ from that of the case when I did not have a portable air conditioner. an item that has just come off the shelf. A box that had been ripped and taped arrived. Prior to this, the file was already open. The plastic piece used to attach the hose to the A/C is The box does not contain an owner's manual. It certainly did not live up to expectations. We were unable to install or use the software, therefore we are unable to rate the features listed.
