This is an incredibly easy setup. Help was provided by my dad in setting up the laptop. I think two people are needed to do it. With an open downstairs with no windows in the family room, I put the one ductless with a 10,000 btu in the kitchen and in the family room, I use the ductless with a 12000 btu. This is a highly recommended site.
In order to install the mini spit system (model CR1200SACH) that I stored in new condition for a few months, I went to the store to pick it up. As a result, the two refrigerant lines did not match up with the condenser unit at the final stage. As of right now, my unit doesn't work. As part of my plan for the building that I am working on, I was going to purchase another system. The odds of that happening are slim to none.
The program works well. Two days ago, I installed it. I found this to be very easy to install as well as reliable. We have now installed our third DIY climateright unit. I am extremely happy with the unit and would recommend it highly.
A server room is where I bought this. There are about 300 square feet in it. I absolutely love it! It was easy to install, but it did require two people to ensure that all the lines were routed through the wall safely.
The unit has been used mainly in heat mode for the past two months, and it has done a great job heating 550 square feet
I haven't yet had a hot day, so I'm not sure how it would perform in cooling mode.
In the moment I am just shopping. The unit was alluring to me, especially the 18' power cord that plugs straight into a 15 amp outlet (even the coolant lines are plug-n-play), but when I calculated the SEER (efficiency rating), it was only The answer is 6 (I am terrible at math, so you will have to work it out for Unlike the Mr Cool, which is about $1,500 more and is part handmade in the US rather than the Chinese one (I do not wish to criticize Chinese products but merely consider replacements), the Mr Cool has a SEER of 20, which is an astonishingly high figure. There is an extra cost associated with Mr Cool because it requires separate electrical service, which needs to be disconnected locally, so an electrician must be hired if you are unable to do it yourself. Right uses 115 volts for power and is only half as efficient as the 220 volt. Why do I need to replace my 5000 BTU window unit that I have now, which cost me about $200? It has a SEER of 10, so because of that, why should I replace it with a Since my solar arrays are connected to the grid, the power company has credited me for the excess electricity generated by the arrays. By the time rezero time in March, how much money will I have to spend on running the window unit if the window unit consumes an amount of electricity that dries out my bank account? As of yet, I do not know, but I guess the only option is to wait and see, or buy a Mr. Cool with the highest efficiency air conditioner. The only problem I would fix is to get rid of the window unit as soon as possible and switch to a Climate Right, but, hey, no burglar would get through a 3' hole in the wall rather than just crawling through the window where the air conditioner was taken away. My security issue is not related to the site. In any case, right now, the Climate right looks like a relatively cheap and painless way to get air-conditioning to my shop, which has no windows however, installing one in my house isn't worth it because I can use my existing window unit. The Mr. Cool for the house will be necessary IF the power draw of the window unit significantly exceeds the amount of power I use each year. A second factor to consider is the cooling load of 11 amps and the power draw of 15 amps. The Climate Right has a 7 amp heating load. There are lots of 15 amp circuits in homes, and 15 amp breakers are often used. This means you will be able to run nothing else on that circuit, absolutely nothing. The wires in the wall must be 12 gauge in order to be replaced by a 20 amp outlet, and the 15 amp breaker must be replaced by a 20 amp breaker so that you can operate other appliances on the circuit if the 12 gauge wires are present. You cannot do that if the wires in the wall are 14 gauge. There is a chance that the wires in your wall are 16 gauge, as many of them are in older houses, and they would not support the Climate Right and might destroy your place in the winter no matter how much power is going through it.
Two 12,000 BTU units were installed in my daylight basement renovation, which covers three rooms = 780 square feet. The evaporators (inside unit) were mounted high on my wall that stands 10' high. In my neighborhood, I had a Assist with putting the condensers on a 10' high platform, so they are above flood levels. In any case, an installation under these conditions is difficult, but everything came together without issue. used these for a hot summer (8 days above 100 F) and a chilly fall (low 40's) and they are wonderful. The Georgia coast has a lot of humidity, so we have to cope with it. humidty and electricity-saving functions of the controller make it possible to reduce humidity. A feature we did not expect was the quiet operation of the units on the inside. The condensers are particularly quiet too. Great product. I'm very satisfied with it.
The unit serves as a conditioning chamber for my home. Having turned it on and not turning it off since August 2016, I won't turn it off now. Since I've had my AC unit for two months, I haven't had any problems. It's truly amazing since all the other units I own need some type of service at least once every two weeks. The children will be 3 years old.
