I had to keep the old recliner cord, which has two plugs, one for each chair. It worked when I plugged the old one into the Okin Power Recliner adapter plug. I took a chance when I purchased this item because, as you mentioned, it does not specify whether it will work on a double recliner. It was a calculated risk that paid off because it worked.
It should work, in my opinion. It should work if the cable ends connecting to the chair are the same length. The 3. 207 00 features a positive small blade and a slightly higher DC output. It should work if you can find a positive small blade match.
It's nothing more than a motor adapter. The adapter should work fine if the light comes on. Thanks

When my reclining lift chair stopped working, I assumed I would have to spend a lot of money to replace it. It was just a matter of getting the model numbers off the old power supply and entering them into the Amazon search field once I determined that it was the power source that had died, not the motor. Voila! The new one works perfectly, and I've avoided the hassle and expense of looking for and purchasing a new chair.
It performs admirably. The reclining chair wouldn't work properly, but it did charge the batteries slowly, indicating that the motor was likely fine. There was no noise from the motor, and a meter test of the cord to the chair revealed no voltage. I decided to take a chance on a $25 chair rather than replace a $600 chair. It arrived two days later, complete with all of the cords. It works perfectly now that I've plugged it in. I taped a slip of paper with the ordering information to the new power supply in case I need it in 5 years if it happens again, and I attached the new cables to the frame of the chair underneath so I can find them if I need them. Amazon has triumphed once more.
It's difficult to find replacement parts for items that have been in your possession for a long time. I've had my lift chair for ten years and when it stopped working, I thought it was the motor, but the chair power supply also works with batteries to get the chair to a sitting position, which I was able to do, so I knew it wasn't the motor, but the green light on the power supply wasn't lit, so I assumed it was gone. I expected it would be difficult to find replacement parts for a chair that was ten years old, but I typed in the model number of the power supply and found the exact same power supply at a great price, so I was pleased.
Thank goodness you were able to get these parts for such a low price. My mother is in a wheelchair and requires a lift chair to assist her in standing; hers broke down two months ago, and she has been confined to her chair ever since. Before you buy, double-check that the model numbers match, but this is a great replacement for recliners that are dying for no apparent reason, even though the motors and buttons are in perfect working order. br>br>When you use the reclining function frequently, this part appears to be the first to wear out, so if your chair becomes weak but the button still works, this could be the cause of the problem.
I purchased a secondhand lift chair with an unknown age. The power pack had a battery back-up, but the recline was manual. I must have used it until the batteries ran out. I replaced the entire battery pack, installed two new 9v batteries, and connected the pack to the chair's cords. Everything is in order.
