I'm not sure. They came out and replaced the broken one on my Ashley Furniture recliner section sofa. Sorry.
yes. It fits perfectly in my chair, though I had to slightly modify the opening to make it fit. It's a one-to-one substitution. The component includes both a cable and a handle.
These may or may not be suitable for your slacker. They didn't fit my chair because the cable's end is shaped like an "s," and I needed an "o" shape to slip over the hook connection at the bottom. To be sure, you'll have to turn your chair around and examine the final connection.

It didn't appear to be too difficult to replace my Sectional couch after it had been separated. I was looking for a replacement cable for my recliner and came across these. They're a little longer than the originals, but they seem to work better because the handle has a spring that retracts the cable back into the sleeve. I only needed one, but now I have two extra recliners in case one of my other two breaks.
We were ecstatic at first when we discovered this product, but we soon realized it was too good to be true because it was so inexpensive. So, rather than buying a new recliner or settling for a less-than-ideal option, we figured we'd save money by renting one. It was worth a shot as a functional piece of furniture. br>br>To summarize, we now have a fully functional recliner with excellent handles that are both large and comfortable to pull. Very strong and very pleased. So don't be intimidated by the process; it's much simpler than you might think, and it's well worth your time to try to fix.
It took 4 weeks for the warranty company to come out and fix it. I was able to confirm that this product would work by looking at the pictures. After dismantling the sections of the couch, I removed the old part and replaced it with this. It took about 15 minutes to complete the entire process. This is a great product that does exactly what it says it will do. I would recommend it if your cable breaks. To make it work, the only factor you need to consider is the cord's length. I hope this information is useful.
Our Ashley sectional sofa recliner's center section has a pull handle that I have. The one we had was damaged. This was ordered to take its place. My son installed it quickly and easily, despite his lack of "handyman" experience. It performs admirably.
I wasn't sure if this was what I needed to replace it, but it was perfect; the screw holes lined up perfectly, and the clip part was also excellent. The old one's clip was a pain to remove; FYI, I had to use two screwdrivers to simultaneously pop both tabs in to remove it. The new one, on the other hand, fit perfectly and is performing admirably. I'm glad it came in a two-pack, because I'm sure I'll need to replace it again at some point, what with teenagers and their friends constantly using the recliners! 😉.
The product is excellent, but there were two issues that needed to be resolved. FYI - If you watch it on YouTube, it will appear that this is a simple task, and by the third one, we had gotten pretty good at it. br>br>Removing the old black piece under the couch was a pain, and I had to use wire cutters to "cut it out. " Also, the new black piece was too small to fit into the couch mechanism, so we used three toothpicks to keep it in place. I snipped them off, as shown in the photo (could have used a wire tie instead). They're working perfectly!.
I would give a higher rating to a product if it was the right one. This is the second time I've ordered this item. It was a perfect fit and performed admirably. Another cable in my couch broke, so I used my Amazon history to reorder. This one was about an inch shorter than the previous one. I was disappointed because it should have been the same part, and I would have returned it if it hadn't been for the fact that the clip is never easy to remove, and I broke it. That usually doesn't matter because you're removing a broken cable and don't care if it breaks. Even if you bought it before, when you get it, match it to the youths cable you're replacing.
Do not make any errors - I had to improvise to make it work because this isn't a one-size-fits-all product. Bette, I would have preferred it if the permanent metal shield on the end of the cable housing away from the handle end was removed. Using cable ties, I had to come up with a new way to mount the final retainer. I got a good deal, but I'm not sure how long my fix will last.
