I'm not sure because I don't have that chair, but it works perfectly on mine.
I'm afraid I can't give you a specific answer for that model number, but they're all the same. If you're lucky enough to have a 5-foot round table, you're in luck. If you have power and everything else is working, the pin connector where the switch connects to your motor will work. I bought these because the manufacturer's adapter plug between the switch and the motor didn't work, rather than because my switch didn't work. I used the 5-foot extension cord to connect directly to the motor. They were easy to use and worked perfectly. I finally received the correct parts from the manufacturer after a year and am able to use my original switch. I'll keep these on hand in case something goes wrong.
If the connecting ends of your hand controller are the same as ours, and you have two buttons to control up and down, the controller is correct.
I'm sorry, but I have no idea. To see if it will fit your chair outlet, you'll have to look at how the pin plug ins are aliened.

This recliner is nearly identical to the one I have from Best Home Furnishings. It's well-made and simple to set up. If you happen to be sitting on it, the buttons are small enough that you won't accidentally activate them with random movements.
I bought two for a total of two chairs. They were easy to put together and work as a direct replacement for the ones that came with my Huntington House Power recliners. The remote controls appear to be in good condition. My only gripe is that one of them doesn't do what it's supposed to do. The other, on the other hand, does exactly the opposite of what it should. I'm guessing the remote was put together incorrectly. I just got it and installed it, so I haven't contacted Amazon about getting a refund yet. I am confident that there will be no issues. My concern is that I've seen at least one other review with the same comment, so I'm afraid this is a widespread problem. Because the remote works, I can put up with it. I simply do not believe I should be required to do so.
It was compatible because it had the same 5 pin connection as the other remote. The lights are small and not glaring or distracting, and the buttons are small and unobtrusive. The other remote that came with the recliner had large blue buttons that were brightly lit and always lit up. In addition, the cord is longer than before. It cost half as much as the other and did the same job.

The plug- The electronics in the chair were perfect; the pictures and description had assured me that the plugs would fit prior to my order, but I was still pleased that everything fit and functioned properly. The longer cord is also appealing to me.
