Two diameters are measured at the bottom of the container. It is 5 inches long. Because the opening at the top is only 5/8 of an inch and my frame legs are 1/8 smaller than that, I could not use these.
So far, I have not slid too much. There might be a nudge here and there, but I don't worry about my bed moving when I get in or out of it.
You can check the inside diameter of the new bottom by measuring the outside diameter of your bed legs. As well, the legs on the bed should be hollow on the inside so that the bottoms could slide in and out. Here are some tips I hope are
It should be easy to knock down the old ones with a hammer and they will be easy to remove. lightly tap the new ones on top of the old ones but don't forget to measure the old ones to see if they are 4 or 6" tall so you order the right ones.

A metal bed frame with wheels that I had previously owned had wheels that kept sliding, so I had used bed risers to prevent them from moving. My bed rosers led to the height of my bed becoming uncomfortable, and I began to consider purchasing a platform bed frame in an effort to reduce it. This is a wonderful product that I wouldn't have even heard of if I hadn't run into it. My wheels were already off my frame, I just had to unscrew them and replace them with this. Even after trying, one post could not be used, and I began to think this product would not be After I had figured that out, I realized that there was still a small, plastic piece stuck in the middle tube. My first challenge was removing the plastic piece however, once I managed to do so it fitted Since my husband and I have been sleeping in the same bed for a week and half, we haven't encountered any problems.
The metal collar makes them seem like they will be durable due to their tight fit. It was decently priced. I needed 6 for a large bed, so this fit the bill. My last few posts were tight, so I had to use a board and hammer the hell out of them. In the end, they stood up for themselves. The first time I hammered directly on their feet, they stood up to it, but I would not As you mount the boards, use a board to distribute the force of the hammer. The glide feet didn't register with me at the time. It is my fault that they don't have rubber feet. The description says glide feet right in the title. On wood floors, it can be a bit difficult to move the bed, and I found the floor did not show any signs of wear for a long time. As a whole, I'm quite happy with the results.
A few of the six legs of the bed frame were broken, and one of the ends would literally fall to the floor. The legs kept coming back to me as I jigged it. The new frame was what I had in mind. Here is a picture of me. If I had taken a picture with the bed leg resting on the glide, it would have been better. No, it wouldn't fit. I thought the leg was supposed to slide in, but the inside was ridiculously small. These things are a complete waste of money. I can't imagine a king-size bed not collapsing under the skinny legs. The reviews on other sites said these would not fit king-sized frames. I didn't read every review but probably should have. A description should state that it is not appropriate for king-size beds.
Having the metal bands around where the metal portion of the frame goes in makes it feel less likely that the feet will break (or at least not as easily), unlike the original all plastic ones. Also, the plastic portion is thicker and thus likely to be stronger.
It has been about two months since we placed them on our bed and so far nothing has gone wrong. There is only one flaw Once they are on, it is hard to take them off without damaging I was able to glue it back on after we moved recently, but one broke on the way. It was my fault that one of these broke, but I would still buy them again.

Originally, I was going to replace only one bedriser, but Webt purchased six in case of a mishap. These were five of the ones I used As for the 6th one, it worked okay because it was bent on the inside. I chose not to return it since I did not want to deal with the hassle. The level of my bed has now been corrected, so that is all that matters.
