Unfortunately, like so many other extension and modification brackets, no instructions are provided as to how to measure distance between the holes on the bracket, and the holes did not line up with the bolts on my footboard. I recommend measuring your footboard before purchasing, and here are measurements I found. Hope you have a good day!
