This chair eliminates the need to switch between standing and sitting when switching between a standing desk and a chair. As I have a standing desk that you crank up and down, this chair will be more convenient to use. The reason I chose this chair was because it goes so high and so low. I have a yoga space in my office as well, so I particularly appreciate that the chair goes far enough down to fit under my desk when I am not using it. So far, I haven't had the chair for very long, but I'll let you know after more time passes to see how well it holds up, since the upholstery and the pneumatic device are brand new. A ring on the footrest of the chair could be adjusted in height. In full height, it isn't ergonomic to have my legs on a chair I usually switch between chair and feet to maintain neutral posture. It's okay though, as long as they're not aggressive.
The construction is solid. A simple assembly is required. The operation was smooth. The cushion is good. I really like this chair and can't wait to sit in it!.

It was difficult to remove the main part. If you decide to return it, be as careful as you can with it. The box was easy to assemble, but I couldn't completely disassemble it without causing damage so I carefully wrapped it up.
Easy assembling is one of the chair's best qualities. It is something I do on my own with no instructions to follow. It also has a wide adjustment range, which is comfortable for the lowest height, and is fitting enough for the highest height as well.
