THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WORSE THAN NONE

Please make sure that the item you ordered has all the parts or you will be screwed. The item came with three missing parts, so three of the wheels can't be used, rendering the whole thing useless. I'd love to give it 5 stars, but three of the parts were missing. I have emailed Orbelle Trading Company numerous times and all I get is the same "form letter" stating that they are working on this situation. There's a lot to say, and there's a lot to say. We are now expecting a baby in a few days, but all is still not in order. This item is great if all parts are there, but if a part is missing, your order will be a disappointment. Hope you have a successful day!.
