While some customers prefer to route for tmolding before shipping, we do not. If you don't want to route, we recommend brushing wood hardener on the cut edges and sanding them with 220 or higher grit sandpaper before priming. With this method, you can achieve a smooth edge that matches the sides with minimal effort.
Although we provide design and printing services, we do not have a template that can be used by others.

This was a lot easier to put together than having to build a cabinet from scratch. The instructions are generic for all of the cabinets, and I skipped a few crucial steps. The marquee's top should not be glued down. If you try to put a marquee glass in the grooves, you will have a VERY difficult time. Oops. br>In my opinion, mounting the monitor is the most difficult step. Unless there's something obvious that I'm missing. Get a buddy to hold it for you! For panels that will be removed and reinstalled on a regular basis, you may want to look for a different solution than the stock screws. The control top, the control box (at first), and the back panel or panels are all components of the control system. The grabber screws eat up a lot of 1/2" MDF. Ensure that they are primed and painted. The first spilled beer near an unprotected cabinet could be disastrous because MDF absorbs water like a sponge. Overall, I'm pleased with how they turned out.
Just got it, last box in the mail today, all boxes were fine except one of the corners of one of the pieces was damaged by Fedex, but oh well, so far I like it. The only issue is that it doesn't come with any instructions on how to put it together, but some of the pieces are numbered so it should be a little easier.
