Although I tried switching it over all the time thinking I was putting the steps in the wrong place, it never seems to matter which way you try it, the holes remain unequal. So that it wobbles, the stool is unevenly placed on the floor. In order to fix the problem, the consumer should apply felt pads for only two corners, and then replace the felt pads I know, I know, we have to drill the holes, but really. There's nothing good about this.

Buying this for my daughter to wash her hands and brush her teeth was a great purchase for me. Although I like it overall, and feel that it's sturdy enough to hold her, it has a few flaws. It's a bit wobbly and doesn't have anything on top to make it waterproof/slip-resistant. A feature that makes a type of product resistant. Her hands often get wet when she washes them, and she has already fallen a couple of times. That's okay, but I'll have to add something to make it safer or put it in a bathroom that's not as busy. The design is cuter than those on the market created in plastic.

I had to wait over an hour for my husband to assemble this step stool. My granddaughter has trouble using the stool because the instructions are confusing. The stool is wobbly, and I was not confident that she could stand on Despite our best efforts, it was returned.

I bought this wooden stool for my daughter, 212, who is 21 years old. We have an identical one in our bathroom, so this one is a few inches taller and works perfectly for the kitchen so she can watch what mom or dad are doing without being able to touch or grab anything that is behind the counter she shouldn't get her hands on. It's made of great wood, and I love the cute design! In my opinion, this is a very wise purchase!.

The pre-drilled hole for one of the screws was not able to be screwed in when I assemble A hole was drilled. There was a little too much space between the screw and the hole. I also didn't find enough of the felt stickers for Having no screws to hold the screw area together, I ended up buying extra felt stickers as well as wood glue at my local store. The product is very cute in the end, but I wish I had bought something else.

It is very easy to put together and the design is just perfect The corners of both the top and bottom steps were somewhat damaged, so I had to contact customer support, but they responded to my request promptly and sent out 2 replacement parts and also followed up with me to ensure they had arrived and were working as they should. It is a product we recommend!.

This step stool is awesome! What a cute picture! I love the way this is cute and it works perfectly! The stability is very good. We put both of our daughters (20 months and 3 years old) on the couch at the same time and the couch holds their weight just fine. I even still can pick up my 20-month-old to turn off the lights in the bathroom by moving their fingers. We were glad to find a two step that was a bit higher than most, since our counters are quite Excellent! I strongly recommend it! The paint is easy to wipe clean, and the decorations don't chip. Great product! I'm quite happy with it.

This is ideal for helping babies onto their beds. The sink would also benefit from the item, however, I just got the one I purchase. This is so cute with its cute owls and the colors are so beautiful.
