My review is a bit torn because I feel that it has been a good item for my daughter for a while now. Her ability to get up herself and her interest in watching me in the kitchen have made her very independent. Considering some reviewers said their kids were falling out, I believed they may not have been paying attention or they may have mishandled the product. Yesterday when I was standing right next to my daughter, she fell out the side. When she went to sit down, her butt came out of the open side, and she fell backwards butt first and hit her head on the tile floor hard. Having been on her side, I was on good terms with I couldn't catch her since it is so quick and easy to fall out. There is a danger associated with the open sides. There should be some sort of handle or bar. Maybe it could be fitted with a hinge so that it would not fall. I love the idea of this, but I fear the open side will make it too easy for me to fall out. Until then, it has been moved into the garage to prevent further falls. My husband wants to remedy the side to make it more safe until then it will remain in the garage.

Five and a half years after we bought this stool, I write this review. Although it's not recorded in the description, I often hear it referred to as a "Learning Tower," so hopefully including those words here will reduce search results for people using that As for the tower itself, I know it's expensive. Before we bought it, I agonized over the decision for weeks, wondering whether or not it would even be useful. Having observed the best kid for over five years, I can say it's even better than I ever imagined Buying gear is one of our most memorable experiences. I have the same opinion as my husband. We basically lived there for three and a half years with our daughter. Our daughter kept us company while we were cooking, washing dishes, putting groceries away, putting bills away or putting groceries away. It took me a little while to let go of her tower, as I did not generally feel sentimental about furniture. But we had so many lovely memories of her there, standing at the counter. In January, a local couple with a young child purchased a set of these items online after the item had been stored for a year. Because it is extremely durable and still in great shape, we were able to sell it for more than half what we paid for it initially, which says a lot about its durability and The difference would have been worth it even if it didn't happen.

I bought this for my son over 6 years ago and it has been one of the best purchases ever. The product was purchased when my son was 2 and we have been using it daily since then. Using it when our daughter was old enough to stand was a great experience! When they were both little, they stood in it until they were old enough to dye eggs, bake cookies, and Being able to see them and secure them was wonderful. We folded it up and stored it in our pantry when it wasn't being used. Having her as our kitchen helper brought us a lot of great memories!.

In order to keep him from walking away from daddy, my husband has to carry him around when we're cooking. My husband was getting back pain from this so I got him this and it works wonderfully. While he was at the counter with daddy, my son had so much fun and my husband was able to cook better without having him in his arms. This table feels very sturdy and is extremely stable. Since having our first child, this has been one of the most beautiful things we added to our house. It makes it easier for us to prepare food without having to hold him all the time or have him constantly pulling on our clothes to be picked up. So my son loves it and I am extremely thankful! As we're cooking or preparing food, we can place activities on the counter for him to do while we're busy. He feels like he has a part in the process. As we use the table constantly, we never have time to put it away as it is sturdy and easy to assemble. It folds easily, as well. One part of the design is that the shape cutouts on the sides are a mystery to me. These shelves seem rather unnecessary and our son has been using them to climb higher on the counter when he wants to get higher up. A few minutes ago, he leaned over the edge, walked into the lower circle, landed on the ground, and stepped into the upper circle. Although I was right next to him, the whole thing happened so quickly that I didn't have a chance to cling to Following some additional research, I discovered there was another option without the shapes, and I really wish that was what we'd had Despite the fact that the shapes look cute, what kid wouldn't naturally climb on them as a stepping stone?
