With my six feet and a half height, I can set up the lights without hitting my head on the ceiling. Mine has a memory foam mattress of about 10 inches, and there is about 7 inches of rail above it. Please find below some information that may be helpful
Paul, great to hear from you. These beds look like they'd work well for you (another tall customer has recommended them as well). A regular twin mattress fits inside with plenty of room on all sides. I measured them and found that they are about 76" long by 38" wide. The distance between the bottom frame and the top frame is 43". The bottom bunk mattress had two small puppies lying on it while my daughter was sitting up straight (She is 5 feet 10 inches tall). She has 3 inches of head room above her. Our only concern is that our 7 would be more useful if it was a bit more flexible. She could see five feet higher up on the top bunk because the textured ceiling was higher. It was the first night that she scraped her knuckles. You just need to get used to it. Identify any additional needs you might have and we can take care of them.

It was great to pair it with a low profile queen bed underneath as I was looking for a bunk bed that would fit between my twin bed and my queen bed, but it does not exist. There is a lot of abuse in the rental unit where it is located. Despite adults climbing up and down it for the past 2 years, it still looks almost new and is holding up really well. This is a highly recommended book!.
In order to save money, I moved back in with my father. The room in which I live is so small. It was for extra space that I needed. It has opened up my room tremendously! I have built my YouTube lights under it as well as a small bookshelf underneath it. Of course, pay attention to the instructions as well. Our mistake was installing a couple poles backwards, and we had to disassemble a couple to repair There is no reason to worry. The steps on the ladder are a bit uncomfortable, so I plan on padding them to make it more comfortable. I'll give this 4 stars. Rather than cylindrical steps, they would look better as square ones. It has more than enough space on the top for someone like me who is 5'7" and 135 lbs. There's no way I'm going to hit my head on the ceiling if I sit all the way up.
This frame is awesome! Our combined weight is about 270 pounds for the full size, me and my wife included. The stairs are painful and hard, as has been mentioned in a lot of reviews. I put pipe insulation over them and they feel great. As well as the corners, I put the same insulation to eliminate banging As the frame rocks slightly on inclines, but if it is braced properly against the wall or corner, and lined with pipe insulation, this is reduced by 60% by adding pipe insulation.
In my opinion, this is the best experience I've ever had. A fantastic way to make the room look more spacious, it is sturdy and easy enough for a mum to build alone. I'm in love with.
Thank you for this purchase. I am extremely happy with it. (It arrived in very good condition. Even with two adults sleeping on it (between the two of us we weigh nearly the maximum weight limit), the bed has held up well. As of now, it has been two months since I bought it, and all I can really complain about is that it is somewhat squeaky. However, we considered this a given when buying a metal bedframe. The company has a full-service payroll department There's a drum set of about the size of a bed underneath the bed, along with other instruments, a laundry basket, and a vacuum cleaner. As a result, we have found the added space to be very functional.
In researching the purchase, I consulted a lot of sources. The frame selected for this project is the best choice in terms of overall quality and cost effectiveness. Actually, I was surprised to find that it is of good quality. Although I thought I would have to add bracing, none has yet to be required. For those who aren't familiar with loft beds, here is a NOTE. Our LED strip light was installed under the over the desk area of the business center. In the dark, it is really difficult to see. I didn't have to spend all that time putting it together. By the way, the payoff is amazing! To make ladders, I would recommend purchasing pool noodles/zip ties and cutting them to the desired size.
