You should definitely contact the manufacturer if possible, and they might send you some replacement wood for free or you can find plenty of planks at Home Depot or Lowe's.
If replacement slats are needed, contact the shipper or go to Home Depot.
In spite of the jumping in the bed, my bed held up fine. I replaced a few slats, but I know my child did it several times. The upholstery needs to be replaced, so I'm trying to figure it out. A thin layer of skin has begun to peel off.

The reviews on some of the sites are terrible, so I was very nervous. There might have been a change in the manufacturer, but what matters is that I am beyond pleased. As I saw in some photos, the box did not indicate what it was, so that's why I think the manufacturer may have changed it. I found the box to be completely intact, no damage whatsoever. There are no bolts or parts missing from the bed, so it's ready to use. The most important thing is that my 3 year old loves it, and I'm so glad I took a chance despite the negative reviews.
Poor quality control and poor customer service. The only problem was that I received three parts of one part, but only one of another, so the sideboard only functioned partially. I called Delta Customer Service and they said they do not provide When I requested to speak with a manager, I was sent to voice mail and have yet to hear It was my wife who tried calling the customer service number in hopes that she would get a different representative. She was rudely treated by the rep, and when she asked to speak to a manager, the rep hung up. A while later, I saw they had a website, so I filled out a trouble ticket. I received an automated response, saying that they would contact me shortly. The same automatic response was received after I sent out a second trouble ticket with a different user email address after 24 hours. After another 24 hours, I didn't hear back. Then I contacted Amazon for a refund and was able to mail the product back. I couldn't have survived without amazon prime, or I would have spent $200 on a new television. Following the return of the bed, I received the missing part in the mail 2 weeks after it was sent back. Oh well, it's too late anyway. Then by all means, buy the bed if you want to take a chance. Your hardware may or may not have all the parts and Delta may or may not be able to assist you. There are no plans for me to purchase another Delta product in the future. I liked the fact that the head, foot, and sideboards were padded and other than the parts problem I thought the bed looked pretty good. There are a couple of things I regret regarding this bed, like the poor quality control and subpar customer service.
Despite being extremely cute, easy to put together, and upholstered softly, the surface made us a lot more comfortable about changing his bed to a twin, as we feel that it's safe and secure. My family and I cannot say enough good things about it, we're so.

This bed comes with a twin mattress and no box spring is required. In place of the mattress, it sits on wooden slats. When you get a twin mattress of the smaller size, there is a bit of space on the side, don't worry, it won't be harmful to a child. I have one for each of my two children aged 3 and 2. It is completely loved by both of them. With the padding on the sides and head/foot board, this is the perfect place for your child to roll around, jump, Two bouncers have not caused any damage to it so far. This was purchased for the 5 year old son in our family. This is an incredibly easy setup. This is definitely not a sturdy product. He awoke to find that his bed had been broken about 7 months after having it. There was a break in the frame under the mattress. After being outside of the time frame, I ordered a new one through Walmart for a little less than the original. It is now a few more months like 5 or 6 ago that this one also broke. It is worthless. The floor is just way too low and doesn't support the weight of the animal.

My experience with Delta has been horrible, mainly because of their awful customer service. I asked for clarification, when the "manager, Eve" asked "what is your name and where do you live?", she replied "name and address please?" I am very Over half of the time I was held on hold for this phone call, it took over half of an hour. The woman also told me it was a lucky thing that I was able to reach them today since they should have been closed for the holiday today.
