Questions & Answers

What is the dust resistance of this cabinet?

I don't believe that's true, but if you are really serious about dust proofing it you can buy a product called Brush Pile that will do a great job

Which of the shelves has the most space between it? In inches?

Here are the top 10 most popular sites There are 16 and 15 tomorrow. The numbers 25, 15, 25, 14 are the same.

Please let me know how much space each shelf has between it? Could you please thank me for taking the time to talk with you?

As for that question, I have asked it too, but based on the 33" height, I believe it's @8." You might be lucky if you get 9 or 10!

Can you tell me how tall and how wide the shelves are?

There is no way for me to measure it at a precise level, so this is an estimate. About a third of the shelves are in the attic. The width of the bed is 10 inches. This measure is approximately 14 1/2 inches to 15 inches. The distance between each shelf seems to be about 15 inches tall, maybe a little

A mini-phone that's not bad at all for the price Tolf is an Ikea product
4/5

Taking after the Ikea Detolfs product line, this is very much like it. instructions are identical, with the only difference being the height (Detolf is about twice as tall), the framing (there are thinner metal rods on a Detolf), and the base and top are of a smoother plastic than a faux wood surface. Furthermore, you won't be able to place 12" figures in it because there aren't as many shelves. Detolf is about $69 at Ikea, so for $20 more and half the height, this is a pretty good buy, especially when you consider that shipping is free (used to be 53 pounds now it's 20 pounds It was as if UPS guy waited to see me carry it in as if to say "FU"). My decision to purchase this cabinet instead of another Detolf cabinet was based simply on the fact that I needed something shorter to hold my computer case. It would have been pleasant to have driven the hour to Ikea to get another Detolf, but size considerations forced me to drive instead. Free shipping is an important factor for me, so I appreciate it.

Moreover, I ran Dioder lights in it, and the framing of this system cannot accommodate them rather than the thin rods of a Detolf system. For the wires, I used wire concealer that I painted black. It is not possible to double-fold the top due to the surface You'll need to use the metal supports you screw in if you use LED bar lighting, or else you'll need to stick tape to hold. It will be no problem to store the tape on the glass shelves. It's been three years since I installed them and none have fallen (assuming you install them according to.

The display was great but there were a few issues
4/5

What really matters is that you pay attention to what you are To put this together, you will need two people. We spent more than an hour on it. I was very unhappy going through this, but in the end I have a good feeling about it. I found the package to be very well packaged, but it was In addition to the lights, they suggest, the designs of the lights It takes three Triple-B lights to illuminate a light You will need two batteries A. Despite the fact that the instructions were simple, I did not put the items together the way they directed. The top shelf is just under 15 inches long, and the rest is just a bit longer than If you use it for statues as I do, you should know about this. The most I would like to add is that I would buy another one and I can probably assemble it in 30 minutes if I buy another one. It won't take long for everything to be fine if you take your time.

It would be better if the assembly instructions were clearer
4/5

Package arrived as a box contained within a box contained within a box. The thought that the roll of packing tape needed to be used completely was amusing. The process of removing the two outer boxes took more time than assembling the item. My latest document was put together yesterday night, so I will add some comments on its instructions while they are still fresh. All the pages of the assembly instructions were in front of me. It's better to miss a page than to miss the last one. There was only one person who performed the instructions below. I suppose 4 harnds would have made this a little bit easier. Be careful not to touch any part of your body to the glass. Make sure to use line gloves or the packing paper that was used to keep the glass apart when To go with the tall glass, there are 3 sizes. We won't bother with the shelves since they are easy. There are stickers on all the glass that say "tempered glass. ". There are a few that I did not remove and placed on the bottom, outside, for ease of removal later. Please compare the 4 bigger, heavier pieces of glass. They have two smaller ones on either side of the center We will put those aside. * The widest one is for the back (387mm). In fact, that is the width. The door that covers the entry is the second-widest door (5mm smaller)*- This set is one of four* * 1 set of 2 wood planks * 2 sets of 4 small screw holes * the bottom has 4 small screw holes for the feet * There was a big white sticker on mine with information on it, so that's how you can tell them apart. On top of that, there is another. Put the bottom wood and the two sides of the wood I'll explain how to do it. The bottom should be tightened so far as possible. (Be careful not to strip the wood. ) As for the side, I don't think there is a top/bottom/in/out. Start the top with the screws, and then add the top. There needs to be a certain amount of looseness. If you put it on sale - The bottom is not equipped with plastic feet. If the wood sides have already been screwed on, then it is necessary to do this. This will make sense to you once you Take the 2 plastic corner pieces and put them into each side of the largest glass piece as directed in the instructions. The instructions include an image showing the type of effort that should be applied. There is only one trick to his Leave about 2 feet between you and the edge There is a 3-mm space where you start the plastic insert from the glass end. This is critical to ensure the glass fits into the back grooves of both the wooden panel top and bottom. Because I made the plastic flush with the end of the glass, I had to redo both plastic parts. I found it somewhat easy to insert the plastic into the groves on both sides. Make the wood look like it will be finished by standing it up as if it will be. The back glass should go into the bottom groove of the bottom panel, and the top wooden panel should be snug in order to hold it in place. This is not the time to fully tighten the top of the air conditioner. While standing up, select one of the side panels and place it into the plastic groove for that side. I used finger nails to check how far the glass was inserted into the groove and on the plastic. I started from the bottom and used the wood panel groove and the plastic as guides. The connection would typically be easy halfway up, then I would have to coax it with pressure and slight tapping until it was tightly tucked into place. As soon as the side glass was fully installed, tighten the screws of the top wooden panel as tight as possible without stripping them. The entire cabinet has to be shaken in order to get the glass seated correctly in the wood panels on top and bottom.
Do the same for another All three sides are Do not strip any top screws, but do tighten all of them as much as possible. To get the 3 glass sheets to seat correctly into the groves, I found it helpful to shake the entire cabinet. In order for the glass shelves to sit on the 12 soft plastic tabs, there are 12 of them. The shelves should sit on the soft plastic, not the wood, so two of these should be attached to each wooden shelf holder. This was referred to as "suction cups" in the instructions. It doesn't matter. Using an ordinary screwdriver, I put each in the center of the wood and about a third of the way back. Once each shelf is in the cabinet, carefully place it in. Because my collectibles work best when fulled to the front, I filled them all the way to the front. I am looking at the I'm not sure how to proceed with this. If you want to do this far away from the cabinet, you should Then insert the 4 corners of the case with all the hardware Each magnet and hinge piece has two magnets. To attach the metal stays to the top and bottom corners of the glass, pull the adhesive paper from the metal stays and attach them vertically to the glass. To have them flush with the corners, adjust the top and bottom edges of the sheet. Its purpose is to protect the glass from being damaged when screws are Make sure the bottom hinge is flush with the glass corner before screwing it in. Attach the bottom chrome to the opposite side of the glass by peeling and sticking the foam to the glass The horizontal slit is placed on the bottom corner, following the adhesive line. * On top of the glass, attach the top chrome handle with the foam and peel off the label. The adhesive is removed from this corner and is applied horizontally at the top. Next, take the bottom hinge and carefully fit it to the glass, ensuring that the stay is Two screws should be tightly screwed in In other words, they won't move at all. In this current state, 3 corners have metal hardware attached to them with adhesive, and 1 of those corners has 2 screws keeping the hinge hardware tightly in place. In the fourth corner, there is a metal stay barely attached with adhesive.
Now that this glass is on the cabinet, it must be moved. In addition, the top hinge cannot be attached before the glass is placed because it's floating Hinges on the bottom need to be placed here. Install the two screws in the hinge on the top and secure them far enough in order for the screws to be retained. If you intend to move the glass to the drawer, test it first on the glass. So the metal stay doesn't move from its position after it is inserted later, there needs to be enough room. To install the bottom hinge, pick up the glass sheet and carefully insert the bottom hinge into the plastic hinge that has already been inserted - There is a wooden panel with a holder at the bottom. In the next step, take a top hinge and insert it into the top hinge- Holding the glass in place with the 'holder' (inserted into the top wood panel), slowly slide the glass into the device. By doing so, the top hinge will be firmly connected to the hinge - It holds. A correct alignment of the top hinge with the corner of the glass sheet and a metal stay flush with the corner of the glass sheet are very important. The two screws that hold the top hinge to the glass need to be tightened quickly. The door can be closed with the top handle and the chrome protector at the bottom. As a result, it will be difficult to secure the magnetic stops since the metal stopped probably didn't fully seat into the wood panels at the top and bottom. Close and open the door a few times completely. Be aware of how far the door will open and if anything could scratch or break it. There is now nothing left to assemble. Here are some tips I hope are useful to someone. Why did you give me only four A poor instruction manual. To make matters worse, I chipped the glass on the left side of the door (2/3 up) when I was trying to install everything. It consists of When everything should have been attached away from the cabinet and only the final step (final hinge connection) done close to the cabinet, most of the door hardware should have been attached away from Hopefully I will be able to add some closeups.

I was shocked at how easily the glass shattered A DANGEROUS situation! As I awaited the arrival of a display cabinet, I was delighted to have a space to exhibit some small collections I put together, but the assembly turned out disastrous
3/5

We were assembling the cabinet and tucking two of the glass sides inside the plastic sleeve when one of the very large pieces of glass just crashed and completely exploded on us. There were tens of thousands of pieces of broken glass. The tiny shards of glass on my arms, as well as the small spots of blood on my hands caused by falling/flying glass, covered me as I sat up. As my wife had been kneeling, she was the one to suffer the most. It was drizzling glass in her hair and she was bleeding in so many places that she could not even count. It was as if huge shards of glass were flying everywhere. There are chunks of glass in EVERY corner of the room when we were in this 12x12 The glass flew up and scratched our television screen that was about six feet away and a few feet away This is a four foot high fence. The photos show the scratches on the TV screen in two instances. It looks like there are little specs all over the TV screen because there are scratches and gouges. It appears that the glass has been placed all over our couch, and there is glass on surfaces in the room that are at least three Adding to the complication is that the glass was not dropped, bumped or bent in any way. While handling it, we tried to be as gentle as possible. Normally, I write very few reviews, but this created a dangerous situation and I am extremely unhappy about it. The fact it happened during assembly though rather than later on in my 2 is what I'm thankful for. It was bumped by my son, who is five years old. Please beware!.
