I will never order from this company A product like this is never a good idea

It is unknown how to contact the author. It takes two business days to hear back from someone. I received the water dispenser just now. We unplugged the unit and let it sit for a bit. We tried setting it up again. We let the water drain then added a water bottle on top of it, and the water would not stop flowing. I'm still waiting for a response, but so far no one has responded. In the event that I do not hear back by the end of the week, I want a refund.

This is a great water cooler

After cancelling my Sparklettes service, I purchased this cooler as a replacement for the one I rented. It works fine and doesn't take up much space. There is a safety feature that prevents the hot water from being handed out. So far it seems to be working well! I've had it for a couple of months now and I'm very happy with it! There is only one thing that has been an issue so far, which is dispense of water too slowly but so forth. This is a great purchase! I'm very happy with it!.

The unit is replacing an old unit I had for about 6 years that had worked well until a month ago when it suddenly Having read some of the reviews for this cooler, I was fortunate not to have any of the problems mentioned by others, such as leaking or smell. To make sure I keep it upright for four days, I unpack it and let it sit upright for four days We recommend you start your detailed startup instructions six hours prior to the start of the training. When it comes to cold water, it works well and it goes out at a pretty good pace. Water cooling is very quiet with this machine. It is important to line up the spigot with the bottle when you are filling water bottles with this. The problem does not arise when filling a glass.

I decided it was worth the extra $20 to go up to the next pay tier after reviewing the cheaper water coolers. It was a smart move on my part! I love the child safety feature on the hot water in this cooler. The water gets near boiling and very cold, and the instructions are simple. The only complaint I have is that they don't tell you that you will need the snap on water jugs and the special caps so you don't make a mess putting the water It may sound like a refrigerator, but it will not be louder than that.
