With the OMTech CW-5200 water chiller, you can keep laser cutting and engraving machines up to 150W cool during operation, and its two auxiliary fan motors keep laser cutting and engraving computers safe from overheating. There is a 6 gpm flow rate and a 0 flow rate. Cools up to 5186 BTU per hour with a 9hp compressor

What is the frequency of changing the water and flushing out the system?

I've had it for only about a month, so I haven't noticed any changes. I don't think the system will need to be changed or flushed very often because it is a closed system.

In addition to water, is there another liquid that I can use? Oils such as mineral oil are examples. ?

Honestly, I don't know if it's a good idea, but it sounds bad. Built to withstand the elements.

What is the noise level when it is running?

I wouldn't say it's In order to tell if it is running, I always glance at the display.

It's YouTube to the As soon as I figured out how to use it, I thought it was pretty incredible. My distiller takes many gallons of water to cool the oil from the lavender flowers, so it takes a long time for the oil to be extracted from the According to the amount of ice I normaly use to cool the water, I calculated that my condensing water requirements were about 10,000 BTU per hour. Despite its small size, this 5,000+ unit does it all on its own. There is no need for an ice bath any longer! A first-time user may have difficulty following the instructions because of poor instructions. You can find YouTube videos on how to set up the device on the internet. The instructions in the video are a bit hard to follow after watching it. Any application that requires moderate amounts of cooling water would be a good fit for this unit.

You'll never have to worry about cooling again if you spend the coin! It seemed a bit expensive at first, but I have used the unit and I think it is worth You won't have to deal with buckets of water or frozen water bottles anymore

It is truly set and forgotten when a program is set up. The only negative aspect of this project is Make sure you check out YouTube videos on how to set temp limits as the factory defaults are incredibly You never have to touch the unit again once it's set. Put your water protector inside the laser, and the laser will not have to worry about cooling since the water will be in the laser.

In the same way as the CW It has an internal number of 5200. I have both and they seem to be made by the same brand. I can set the laser to the exact temperature I want, and it works perfectly.
