According to its packaging, 'La Nuova Sansone only uses certified ingredients, following the most stringent quality standards applicable to liquid food products D', as stated previously. 21- My experience with them made me want to keep buying it, so I still do today for my daily needs.
I am pretty sure that the spigot is made from stainless steel, in addition to the rubber gasket.

00 - Metal leaks, pressed metals, ores. It is not welded to the floor. Fusti leaks all the way down to the ground. It leaks when we add water to it prior to putting olive oil in to measure its capacity. Fusti, which appears on Amazon's website, is not available for anything other than water, nor any other product you order through Amazon. No leaks. The look is great. To prevent leaks, our water jug is topped by a large blue jug filled with water. Unlike regular water dispensers, it will hold water in your mouth comfortably. In fact, no rubber gasket is needed. You invest in quality, but there's little benefit to it over the long term. The reusable bottles are a cheaper alternative to plastic spring water jugs and allow us to reuse the jugs every two weeks (our home water does not taste right).
