To remove heat from circulating water, run ambient air over coils and then turn on a fan to cool the coils.
I use this chiller to cool a 60 watt laser, and it works wonderfully. There is no refrigeration involved it's merely a chiller that removes heat from water.
I have tested it with a 60W machine and it works just fine.

Those concerns, however, do not appear to be valid. An air conditioner like this can easily cool a K40! Here are a few things to keep in mind In the beginning, the fan did not operate until a certain temperature was reached. Since then, it always comes on no matter how cold it is. There is a lot of power in the fan. Additionally, I would like to mention that there are two things. It is not possible to connect the stock K40 lines to the hose connectors. It was my design and SLA that was used We've printed a hose barb adapter to fit a variety of tubing sizes. There are nine pieces in the unit. Hoses on the K40 are 8mm (roughly 5/16"), while those on the 5mm are 3/8" (3/8"). It is a necessity to have an I tried to cool down the K40 with large containers of distilled water and a cold pack while I waited for the parts to print. Temperature of the water continued to rise despite the cold pack. In the range of 3000 to In general, the temperature in the water never rises above 19°C, and the temperature is very stable despite the fan never having to start. As long as it continues as it is now, I expect this unit to keep my K40 laser tubes happy and cool for many years to come.
Excellent for all CO2 systems with wattage above 60 watts, but would not recommend it for industrial systems as it is not as robust as The laser started to warm up a little more than it should when used on my 60W With my 45 watt system, the mouse did not get warm at all. I am generally pleased with the product for the price I paid.
I was happy to upgrade my CO2 laser to this chiller. So far, the chiller has kept the temperature of the water at right around 100° F, even under heavy use. I put an aquarium heater in the fill hole of the chiller, installed a timer, and placed the warmed water in the chiller during the night when my garage was so cold.
A chiller is a piece of machinery that uses a refrigerant, but this does not work in that way. Water pump with no more to offer.
An air conditioning unit is not included in this unit. This can only be done with the 5200. However, it continues to maintain the operating temperature of our 50Watt laser. The speakers' manufacturer claims their power rating is still 80 watts, and I believe that is the case.
The thermostat in this unit works only when you are in a room that is at a certain temperature. In other words, if your room is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, it might chill your water, but the reality is that most people don't work in such a cold room. Additionally, it doesn't respond to email support when turned on and displays error codes when you turn it on.
The installation and operation of the device are easy. My 40W laser cutter runs on this to cool.
It's very cool to listen to ambient music. There is a reasonable amount of The water cooler works great for me as a water cooler for a 200 amp welder.
