Did everything the instructions said and nothing happened. The room temperature water dispenser I purchased cost me $100. Rather than returning this item, why not give it a try? Due to the fact that if I returned it, it would cost me $30 regardless of that it is Prime. We were unable to repack it because of its size and bulk. The company that delivers my water is going to be my landlord once again. The whole thing has been a total.

This is such a cute I would suggest that if you have a need to fill up a pitcher of water for dinner, etc, you use the microwave.
The only disadvantage would be that the water tasted bad for the first day or so, but I had no idea that this would happen. It was rinsing before it was used. This has been our home for a week and I absolutely adore.

We have a COLD weather! There's something hot going on! Yes, of course! Yes, of course! Yes, of course! It's amazing what this water cooler can do! I love how quiet and clean the hotel is, and how awesome the water is! It doesn't matter how hot or how cold it is! Keeps you cool and hot all the time! This is exactly what I needed in my classroom, and my students loved This does not occupy a lot of space! You won't have any problems if you follow the steps it comes with! The price is AMAZING as well!

As for the cooler, it was shipped promptly and arrived on time. It works fine but it is difficult to get the bottle on the top as it must go on perfectly and I end up spilling water every time. Compared to my last cooler, it was much messier to put on.

Although he has to take a few minutes to fill up his glass or water bottle, he's used to the water cooler at work, which is much larger. In addition to being very cold, there is a lot of silence in this pool. A big advantage of living in an apartment is that he doesn't hear the condenser turn on. It is rare for him to use the hot water, but when he does, it is very hot. It would be a great purchase for him and one that can be moved more easily when he moves into his own home.

We started off by cleaning with baking soda, leaving it in the unit for a few minutes, then flushing. We then did a second clean of the unit with bleach. We spent 10 minutes in the unit and flushed it out. My unit still had a horrible taste. After looking on Amazon's question and answer page, I saw the manufacturer had suggested leaving the baking soda in for an hour and then flushing it. Once again, I walked for an hour, but this time it was much more difficult. It still tastes like I made ice cubes out of paint and dropped them into my glass every time I pour a cup. I have put close to 20 gallons of water through this machine so far. It has been a week since I've tried following the instructions and even what I found online and I still cannot get It is not recommended.

This is fantastic, we like it a lot. Hot and cold are simply two sides of the same coin. I'd recommend a 3 1/2 gallon over a 5 gallon if you keep it on a counter because you need a stool, plus the weight is quite high. However, we do recommend this product, it works perfectly.
