Having had my Primo for 12 years, I finally was forced to replace it after it gave out. It took me less than one month to get rid of both igloos. It lasted only a week before the hot water in the first apartment stopped working. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked! While cleaning the replacement, the drain wouldn't drain and about 2 cups of water were left behind. A few months later, I spent an extra 50 dollars to get a Primo and I think it was a wise.

During the shipping process, a dirty and used product was sent to us. A layer of dog hair stuck to the bottom of the rubber pieces beneath it, and the rubber pieces themselves were filthy. It was clear that it was a used product, but it wasn't advertised as used. We wouldn't have purchased a used water cooler in a pandemic. A packing taped assembly was taped together with the bottom of the box being missing completely, and a makeshift piece was added in its place. Our first reaction was to open the rubber feet first and look at how dirty it was and how much dog hair was stuck to them. The rest of the way, we didn't even take it out of the box and promptly.

We bought this water cooler after our old one, which was 6 years old, gave up the ghost. When the power kept switching in and out, we noticed the compressor had difficulty working. Our decision was to buy It is amazing what a difference there is. I'm shocked at how much plastic is in this. No longer does Amazon sell the other brand. This one is also a lot noisier than the old one. One was never heard of by The water that comes out of it is cold, so I guess all is well. As well, the bottom of the package was not attached to the package when delivered! An elastic packing strap was all that was holding the cooler together.

Purchasing this product on January 21, it was delivered the following day. When it was first installed, this worked well, but started to lead at the spout. Due to the fact that the return window for this product was only one month, the Amazon website does not offer the ability to return the product since it has been a month and two days. Our problem with the product has rendered use of this product impossible, so we would like to know if we have any options.

I really like this ice maker, the water gets cold and hot very fast. Since I live in California, the water here is not good, it has been very convenient for me. We do not have to purchase a lot of bottled water when we have it. It ended up being cheaper to buy reusable 5 Gallon jugs (7 to $8 depending on your location) from Walmart. Some Walmarts will have Primo refill machines that will charge you $1 to refill them. The tank needs to be filled up with 25. Saving money is the best thing I've ever done. In the case of Primo, for example, you will be charged an additional $13 if you don't buy reusable containers.
