Having made this purchase a few days earlier, when it was suppose to arrive on 9--I was so pleased that it arrived so quickly The addition of 11 improved this even further. Within hours of arriving, I opened the suitcase to find water in the tube that you use to fill the water containers. There are water stains, finger prints, and stains throughout the suitcase. A brand new water machine from someone's house! I never thought I had purchased an old water machine! There is so much Corona stuff still happening. I'm very sad about this. The term "room temperature" is not accurate. You may have the flu if you have it. As a result, all three sources of water are cold. Hot is the same as cold. I am glad not to have to lift the 5 gallon jug and I find the product to be very helpful The wall was filled with water. It is the best product I have ever tried. I want hot water fast, but it seems to take forever. However, I don't use the hot, so I can live with it.
This water dispenser created a lot of disappointment in me. The dispenser did not operate after I connected all of the components. Rather than sucking water from the bottom bottle to the top tank, it dispensing it straight from the top tank. This has not worked for me for a week now. There is a huge problem with this dispenser. This is not something that I recommend.
