It's absurd to believe that there are different sizes of sink faucet filtration systems. This is a specified on the box of the unit I purchased since it says that all PUR faucet filters fit into any PUR faucet filtration system. A model PFM400H, manufactured by Pioneer Electronics

From the date of original purchase, there is a two-year warranty on the unit but not on the cartridge. On the bottom of the carton is an explanation. recommend you pick up a carton from the establishment where you bought the item.

I received the lol three months ago and I installed a new water filter. Still the light blinks yellow, then red, then stops. My attempts to resolve this problem with the manufacturer failed. As far as they were concerned, the seller was at fault. It is our regret that we are unable to honor our I suggest you buy directly from the manufacturer whenever possible so you don't have to worry about sellers who only want to make a buck from products that are out of warranty.
For ten years I have been using a PUR water filter and have been happy with it. A number of bad reviews have been posted about this model because the filter does not work and the top leaks out. This old model can be easily changed. The new model does not work. It's difficult to install as well. This was an extremely disappointing experience. Since I ordered ahead, I have exceeded the return policy's 30 day deadline. This is not a good model to fall for because it left a good working model untouched. Customers are unable to contact customer service. We are unable to contact you by telephone.
This kitchen faucet worked fine for six months, and then it began leaking water onto the floor. In response to my inquiry from Pur, they informed me that the unit was under warranty for 2 years, and they shipped me a brand new unit.

The customer service was useless because it didn't fit my faucet. A faucet adapter for my faucet has ceased to be manufactured. It was better to use the old clip on style instead of the new style.
When I tried finding out how to thread the washer and hang it on the faucet, I couldn't. The washer should be first placed on your faucet, and then the thicker black ring [fr om the pur filter case assembly] should be used to tighten it. Is there a leak or water spurts? The black ring on the PUR filter assembly should also be tightened. The muscles around my joints loosen when I am jerked a lot when I wash dishes - I think this is a really great little device-.
filter works very well, it is well-built, but the batteries don't last long in it, and there is no way to replace them. It is worth the peace of mind to get rid of all the undesirable particulates in our drinking water, however.
There were only three faucet washers in the package, so after calling the pur company to make sure that the ones that came with the box would fit my faucet, I ordered the additional three. The free washers were provided to us by our company, but only 1 washer out of the additional 3 was a good When I was waiting for my additional washer, I found the filter was still functional!.
