This is the second one I have ordered and they are An entirely different design awaits you with the second order! A sink hole cutout cannot be used with this model because it does not have a metal base. There's an angle on the spout at the end, rather than straight down as shown in the The metal also seems to be much thinner, which is of lesser quality. It was a very disappointing experience. It would have been great if the old design had been used. Don't take chances! Up to date On 2013/8/14, please do not buy this part from CFS "Complete Filtration Services". Their company possesses the poor product and it looks nothing like the picture on their website. I have tested the one sold by Amazon and it works as in the photograph. Up to date I neglected to open my box right away to check on the parts in the box so Amazon has taken back the parts from CFS, even though they weren't shipped by Amazon and were outside the 30-day return period. I thought Amazon provided great service in this regard.

We have been using this fixture for a couple of weeks, and we really like I like how it looks and how it works. We are reviewing the unboxing only and have not installed it. As I am giving this benefit of the doubt, I have used cheap dispensers that come with the filter and none of them caused me problems. The product will be reviewed again after a bit of use. First, it is a big faucet, almost the size of a sink faucet. It measures about 11" tall and 6" wide. The hole cover is about 2" in diameter and may not fit some sinks with raised edges. The handle and pipe operated smoothly although there was a slight resistance, but I liked how firm it felt. This model, given its classic look, is my favourite, except for its size. This will compete for swivel space with the goose neck sink faucet, so the size may become an issue. Despite their poor quality, the washer and nut on the attachment are great. The compression ring is secured by a 1/4" pipe nut.
It's been a while since I've done any plumbing work, but I've done a few small tasks I found this to be very easy to install IF you possess the right I will get to that in a moment. It wasn't clear how to install washers and nuts, which made things worse. I went over the picture and was able to put this model in very easily, as it was completely obvious how to do it. Since I had a special tool to sneak to the back of a sink, I was able to tighten the winged plastic coated nut with no difficulty. My hand would have been too small to reach up to tighten it if I had not had this. I would say that anyone who has done simple plumbing and who has the sink installation tool will find this to be an easy process. I like it a lot. Using a new olive with the supplied nut I was able to install the water pipe by cutting off the old plastic olive and 1/2" of the plastic pipe. It was a quick and relatively simple process. I really like the way it looks and it works well. My satisfaction is very high (because of the tool that made the tightening of the wing nut so easy).
I recently bought a new faucet online and noticed it is not what it was, even the one sold by Amazon. As far as workmanship is concerned, it looks similar to that of the cheaper version posted by hilo90mhz, but with some modifications, e. g. It bothers me to see that, once the dispenser has been closed, the last drop of water is left dangling from the mouth of the nozzle for a considerable amount of time.
