It is a good thermometer that is easy to use, but with a 1 inch dial, it can be difficult to read at times. For my own use I would like it to be about an inch and a half.
The calibrator can be easily adjusted if necessary. This was a gift for my brother which I purchased with no concerns. It was a good decision for him. It doesn't have to be fancy, expensive. It's just fine as it is.
The thermometers I use must meet my high standards. The one I use the most went missing, so I had to buy another. There is nothing wrong with this at all.
The thermometer serves as a measure of the accuracy of other thermometers, so I hope it is accurate.

When calibrating is necessary, it is very simple to do so. It is very fast to work with.
There are a lot of inexpensive and reliable options available. Pork or chicken cooked to rare will not make you sick A pork carcass will cost 145 dollars and a chicken will cost 165 dollars.
This thermometer is great. The product has been easy to clean and there hasn't been any apparent issues. I assume it's accurate. This is a pretty straightforward process.
