It is practically effortless to use the spinner and it will spin the water out. If I spin the lettuce once, then I spill out the water, toss it around a little bit, and spin it a second time to get the remaining The battery is easy to charge, isn't bulky and effortless (unless you count pushing a button as effort. ) It is pretty lightweight and I am unsure of how long it will last, but for the few times I've used it, I like.

In the instructions, it was stated that the charger would charge the device in two hours Charging the device took 3 hours and a red dot appeared when that mode was on. Even though the battery wasn't fully charged after 3 hours, the red dots had turned to green by morning when the battery was fully charged. In any case, I did not get any response when I pressed the power button. After returning the product the following day, I received a refund.

As for the manual pump version, I can't leave it while I tend to other tasks, which was the whole reason I decided to buy this one instead.
There is also a small size to it. Sadly, I did not return it since it was packed up and forgotten just before I had a chance to return it. Definitely a waste of money and no good at all.

Spinners are pretty good, but will shut down automatically if they reach a certain speed. It would be nice if I could keep my finger on the start button until I took it off. There is also a problem with the size of the basket, as a whole lettuce cannot fit within it. To fit your spinner bowl, you will need to tear up the lettuce into pieces.
