We have used this product to prepare our salad greens and it has been so easy and fast. This system removed most water after washing (not completely dry) and a restaurant we sell to told us that the greens could be stored in the fridge for a few weeks A little force was needed to connect the gear box to the lid since the parts did not seem to fit if they were not snug. You can believe it or not, but I use this for a clothes spinder. I was able to get it working fairly well. There is only enough room to work on two or three shirts or pants at once, and it is challenging to keep the load balanced it almost always wobbles to some degree.

Spining lettuce in this way is a very effective way to remove water from it. The problem is that it spins out of alignment when you use it. There is a terrible wobble in the boat. While we hold it still with one arm and turn the crank with the other, we put it into the sink. It is unclear if the problem is with assembly or if it is a product defect.
