If you stick to the recipes included, it is easy to use Make sure you pay attention to Asian noodles! Since I have good luck with refurbished machines, I purchased the Certified Refurbished one

As I looked at the disc and the highlighted manual, I was a bit disappointed to see that there was left over flour. Nothing to be concerned about. It is easy to operate the machine itself. Making spaghetti was a breeze after following the recipe provided. I am pleased with the result. This time, I was able to make pasta easily. I had a great time eating them. In my opinion, if I made the mixture with 200 flour and liquid, it would be fine A liquid in the range of 80 to 85 mL If you follow all the instructions, the noodle should be fine. However, I did not have as easy a time making them as I did with my first batch of spaghetti sauce. If you want to practice anything that isn't contained in the cookbook, you need to get some practice. A total of 3 discs came with the machine They must be cleaned, but spaghetti, penne, and fetticcine are not as easy as they seem. It's best to scrub the flour as much as you can when it's dry before you soak it. As well as the other discs that are sold separately, I bought the following As for Lasagna There are approximately 5 inches of writing on each sheet. The box stated 1mm thick and 1/25 inch (approximately 5 inches). Depending on your preference, you can cut the length you need. making wonton wrappers with this and found that they were The following are the features of angel The diameter of the hole is 1/20 inch. Cleans up with a special tool that comes with it. There is a high likelihood that the disc will clog up. In the event that a batch does not produce the perfect consistency, be prepared to unscrew the cap and unclog the disc during In the Pappardelle 1 in 1/16 inch wide x 1/2 inch thick makes 1/2 inch wide (14) This is the rice I use to make flat rice noodles. There is a bit too much thickness in the noodles, but it still works. The tagliatelle is It is 1/4 inch wide (7mm) and Six millimetres) There are a few Asian recipes that call for adding boiling water when adding flour to them. In my experience, Philips manufacture does not recommend using boiling water for this machine. I did not use boiling water instead of My machine seems to be working fine. As a general tip for using this machine, I suggest trying to refrain from adding more liquid than the recipe calls for when the batch looks too dry at the beginning Be sure the machine has incorporated the liquid into the flour at least halfway through the cycle before you decide how much more liquid to add. Unless you do that, you will end up with a large ball of dough that will not go through.

Adding this to any kitchen would be a good idea

It's been my wish for many years to have a powered pasta maker Even though I own one of the hand-powered metal models, I've never used it. The idea of buying refurbished equipment initially appealed to me, but I have generally had good luck with other purchases in the past My order was placed, so I went ahead with it. A clean, well-packaged item in the condition it seemed to be in. In a jiffy, I washed off the plastic parts and made a batch of pasta with the flour and liquid measured in the provided cups right away. While the first effort was a bit dry, the final dish came out well and tasted excellent. It might be interesting to add a little olive oil next time.

I'd like to try using this pasta maker with almond flour as I avoid wheat products. You are what you are.

Make sure you clean it with water immediately after you've finished! Since I can remember, I've been cranking pasta by hand
5/5

Several years ago, I had another electric extrusion machine, but I hated it because it was so hard to clean. An old one that a friend had caught my eye. Only two of us are using this, and I liked that small batches were made! As a result of reading several reviews, I decided to try this one. In spite of the directions being given in grams, once you figure out the measurements based on a measuring cup and a measure, you can follow them. Someone's advice helped me add one more teaspoon of water to what I perceived to be a very dry mixture of flour, egg, and water. The bathtubs I have used for measuring and making spaghetti and rigatoni have been small and large. I thought they were all perfect! People who have had problems can't imagine what I am going through right now. Right after you are done with it, and I mean right away, take it apart and clean it! It will, if you leave it in the kitchen even for a few minutes, since the machine worked warmly. My dear mangia!.
