2. Make sure there is no air in the knot before it is tied. The casing should be guided with one hand as the crank is turned As long as the meat is still in the casing, you can crank more meat—if there is any air. Just poke your toothpick into your mouth and let the air out if you get air

While I cannot speak to the longevity of this product, I am sure it will work well the next time you need to stuff In the past, I have made a lot of sausage using an electric grinder. But I prefer this stuffer to the grinder when there is just one person and if there isn't much sausage to be made. simple for one person to make sausages with this method (assuming you have strong casings, such as the "natural hog casings" offered by oversea and available on Amazon). The following warning should be noted You might think the picture is cute, but the item is actually quite large and heavy, so be sure you have plenty of space There is no way that thing will fit in your kitchen cabinet!.
For over 20 years I have made sausages and have used many sausage suffers, and this one is up there with the best. It works great [3L], I was looking for a smaller one to make smaller batches at home. In the process of making 10 pounds of sausage this weekend, I found that it worked flawlessly, and was very easy to clean. Except for the gears and shaft, which are chrome plated, all materials are stainless steel. For anyone interested in buying a quality stuffer, I would highly recommend it.
At first I thought three litters would be too small, but it is easy to reload, so I think that is not It was helpful to have two Speed cranks on hand. The meat loader was reloaded once when it contained 7 pounds of sausage. Can't imagine a better way to spend my time. Easy cleaning is made possible by the piston's screw off design.
The company's nbsp The purchase was definitely worth it. The wheels are very easy to turn and they remain in place very well. I would say that it is.
As far as I can tell, this stuffer is very well made. Previously, I needed help stuffing. Those days are long gone. Furthermore, since it allows you to distinguish between grinding and stuffing, it gives you superior results Sausage made by you has a great texture, just like a professionally made one. I give it 5 stars without a doubt.
It was a Zeny brand sausage stuffer I received when I received it. I found this machine right out of the box to be an impressive machine. The seal on the pusher plate gasket did not blow out and the machine turned easily. It has a solid construction, and the frame is not twisted or torqued when pressing meat. It comes with nice polished stainless stuffing tubes, not plastic tying up like most. The only downside is that a little meat gets stuck in the outlet elbow, but you can just push some bread through, which is not too bad since any stuffer needs to do this to remove everything. There is no doubt that you should buy this one.
It cranks out sausages like a real I like how easy it is to clean and how well it is Considering the quality of the unit and the price, I can't believe the price. When you want to grill sausage at home you need this stainless steel beast! You'll be glad you did.
The overall quality of the work is excellent. Although I would like to give it a five-star review, I don't think the rubber feet will last. During the process of removing the stuffer from its package, I broke one off. The bottom of the cylinder does have some sausage in it. It is also important not to overpress the crank handle when piston is at the bottom of its stroke or the gear train may be damaged.
