I came up with this recipe for stuffing my snack sticks with sausage. There was a lot of meat left in the machine at the end, so one star was taken away. Additionally, I had to buy a smaller tube than came with it so that I could use it with the casing I used. In less than two minutes, we were able to stuff 25 pounds of snack sticks. Included in the set up and clean up time is 5 hours.
