As I have no idea what the cross section is of the Hakka Sausage Stuffer Spare Plunger Gasket for Vertical and Horizontal 3-Inch Gasket, I ordered one. Each one of them holds 7 liters, and they look exactly like the stuffer that came with it. Let me measure them for you if that doesn't work, if not let me know.

The sausage stuffer should fit a 30lb Lemmotorized machine?

My opinion is that it is not true. Hakka stuffers have this problem, according to my observation. Around 5 1/4" diameter is the size of these stuffer plates.

This is the first time I have worn it. This gasket fit my 7 lb vertical Hakka stuffer just fine and cost half as much as the original factory Getting spare gaskets is always a good idea to prevent your meat from squeezing out in case the gasket blows.

There is no doubt that the stuffer is It looks beautiful when it is made of stainless steel. 60 pounds of Italian sausage turned out to be a success. There was an extra gasket ordered at the time because one never knows when they will be needed. It would be a good recipe for anyone who makes sausages.

It was just for my Hakka stuffers that I wanted some extra seals. I will be able to fit both large and small stuffers in them. As long as the old seal is still working, I lubricate them with food grade silicone grease after every wash.
