There is some roughness on the inside of mine (where the brush intersects the polished surface). I purchased mine April 2020 and used once. My meat made its way past the seal on the piston. I tried oiling the canister and seal, but it didn't help. The gasket appears to be good, however, i'm wondering if there is a problem with the canister or piston.
Its only function is to fill casings with round meat in the shape of sausages or to provide a stream of such product. Making patties is the process of taking the mixed product and forming it
According to Amazon, the spare gaskets for Hakka sausage stuffers fit the vertical and horizontal 35,7 litre stuffers made by the Rovsun company
There are four of them, and one is used as a slim Jim type filler

It's much more solidly built than I thought it would be. It only needs to be polished better on some of the welds. My sister and I love making sausages at home, so this is an awesome deal. It should perform perfectly as long as it is cleaned thoroughly and sanitized before and after use. This week I plan to test it and update once I have used it. Message

Update My dinner tonight was 15 pounds of summer sausage. A meal is in the process of A lot of stuffing went into the package. While I thought it could be a little bigger, it worked perfectly for my small batch of ingredients. At the bottom third of the box, the object becomes too light, and an additional hand would be helpful in holding it in place. Since this will be mounted in my processing area, it's not going to be a problem. My first impression of this sausage stuffer is that I would recommend it to anyone needing such a device. It's much easier to use this method than.
There's a lot of weight in this stuffer! The stuffing did not move when it was stuffed It does not have to be clamped Although some metal edges were rather sharp, my husband went to work right away and fixed the problem. Simple to use, easy to fill, and easy to clean the stuffer. (The silicone or ? The joint around the nozzle did not ooze, nor was there any oozing from it. This form is straightforward to fill out. With its lower speed, the machine gets the meat out of the sausage easily, and as you turn the handle, you can easily press the sausage out. I saved a lot of time with this. Knowing how brutal stuffing sausages with a stand mixer attachment can be can make it sound like a joke. You will think you have died and gone to heaven when you buy this machine. You don't have to stick your finger or a pusher into the tube to get the remaining sausage out by turning the handle in reverse, so you don't need to hold it in your hand. Also, it's easy to keep There are a variety of tube sizes This is definitely a stuffer we'd recommend!.
It was a pleasant surprise to find an item of such high quality. Construction is well done, and it is When I use it for the first time, I'll let you know what I think. It was delivered in two days via the US Postal Service. The package was in perfect condition when it arrived. The operation we did with our son today was a breeze, and we processed 40 lbs of Italian sausage through this bruiser. The machine is fantastic. If you're looking for a high-quality stuffer, this is definitely a great one to check out. I have had the machine for about 4 months now and have used it twice. It has worked perfectly both times. Although other customers have stated that parts were readily available, I do not know the availability of spare parts. There was one potential customer who commented that the handle looked rather fragile. Fear not! The handle and the motor on this machine are both heavy duty and of top quality. It's sometimes difficult to judge a place based on the pictures. In fact, the same stuffer is sold under at least half a dozen different brand names, all of which have the same functionality. So, take your pick!.
The only negative comment I can think of is that this is a nice thing to do. Using the new tool today is a great experience. My greatest joy was the feeling that I had never experienced before. I like how simple it is to use, and how easy it is to clean up. It is a great piece of equipment that is well made and priced very reasonably. I am no longer going to buy sausages from a store. For the past few months, I have been using my meat grinder to stuff my casings, but now that I have bought it and used it for the first time, I am beginning to wonder why I waited so long to buy Message

Update The machine is great, but the handle is frustrating every time I use it. I have used it three times and today the handle broke where it connects to the drive. Pot metal could possibly be used for the handle. This would prevent the cracking problem if they used stronger material on the socket part of the handle. (I have attached pictures of the cracking. b. ) The handle is too thin near the socket wall and probably not properly hardened to act as a strong handle. As I have read similar complaints about same issues with handle problems from other customers, it seems this is a common complaint. My contact with the seller via Amazon led to an answer that they did not have any replacement handles in stock. Nevertheless, my entire replacement stuffer is being sent to me. I needed a handle and all I wanted was one. Though I am hopeful that the problem with the handle is just a fluke, I still feel that the machine is a very good one.
My husband and I got this since I see others using it to make snack sticks and sausages and we also want to indulge in that sometimes. However, it requires almost as much strength and power as a Jerky gun to use, so we don't have to use it as often. My frustration is the fact that it's very difficult to crank it down and get the meat to press out through the smaller tube. Close to every time, some of the meat would slide past the piston and gasket, causing me to have a The spring loaded air valve, however, does a great job at keeping the snack stick casing from filling up with air. It wasn't possible to use the tube that came with the press because 19mm casings aren't compatible with the smallest tube. I had to modify a tube from one of my jerky guns so it would fit on the spout of the press. Using this type of press will also require two people to operate it since one person will need to move the sausage and the other will crank With the fast and slow gears on the side, I can easily switch between them and I really enjoy that feature.
Basically, it consists of a cylindrical stainless steel tube with top and bottom clamps. The product is of high quality, so it should last a long time. Thus far, we've used it once and have been very happy with the result. Because this product was no frills, we were able to produce a sausage that was just as we expected it to. There is only one reason for my rating of one star because the clamps at the top and bottom of the part are not properly secured. It was necessary to unbolt, place the top part in position, then clamp the top part back in place. Interestingly, the bottom part of the sausage was not clamped at all, but as the meat was compressed, a lot of juice leaked out at the bottom. Although there are issues with this product, you can solve them yourself and will buy it again if it is a good value for money.
