This is made of metal, I have had it for about a year and find it to be quite reliable
There is a verticle model in my possession. A weight of 7 lbs can be easily accommodated. The tallest part of it is about 2'. It is extremely durable due to its stainless steel construction. Stainless steel stuffers are also included in the package, and they come in 4 different sizes. The speed can be altered manually on both. A adjustable air vent is provided for the To stuff, set the machine to a slow speed. Disassembly and assembly are easy to do for cleanup.
As you see, they are who they are. If you like hakka horizontally, as well as vertically, then you should try it. There is less space for sausage in this model, while mine holds 15 pounds. Although they would be nice with an electric motor, electric motors are just ridiculously expensive in any brand. An old fashioned hand crank would be nice too, but two people are always helpful to have when using these products.

It was after I used the KitchenAid stuffer twice that I bought the 7lb horizontal Hakka stuffer, which should have been As compared with an auger style device, the stuffer is a lot easier and faster to use. Plus, the feed tube isn't prone to problems, and the force meat rarely overheats. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it. If you are here because you have issues with the KitchenAid stuffer, then just do.
A high standard of quality - The stuffing part of the process went very quickly because of this. As a result of choosing the horizontal configuration, there is no sausage mix in the unit, as with the vertical configuration. This is WA.
The first time I used the product was two days after buying. There will be no more purchases from this vendor! Plates on the rack/thread will differ according to the manufacturer Whenever I attempt to peel the rod off, it peels off. There is no way to fill more than one cylinder without completely taking it apart, washing everything, and having the sausages sprayed with chrome plating to prevent it from getting into the sausages. Garbage that is cheap should not be brought into your home.
Very smooth gearbox with two speeds, five feed horns, rubber feet, a great machine.
It's a great piece of gear- I wish there was a way to get the last of the tube out of the stuffer, although there is less waste than my old stuffer.
There have been other stuffers before, but this one takes the cake! The machine is easy to operate, it has no gears to wear, and it's really easy to clean. And its price is hard to beat.
A simple product that is easy to use, easy to clean and takes up very little.
I love it and so does my husband. His search for the perfect product was over.
