Cory, I'm not so sure. Take a look at the Lem 5 stuffer's specifications. It fits Lem's stuffer just fine, but only just.
The one with the larger base diameter is most likely the one you'll need. It will have a diameter of 2 1/16". Check yours; a smaller 3/8" tube for snack sticks is also available in that size base. Butcher expresses his gratitude by saying: Baker. com
Yes, this is compatible with LEM's small 5 pound stuffer. Butcher expresses his gratitude by saying: Baker com
I used a 19mm snack stick, but you can use a smaller size, which I will do next time because 19mm is a little too big for my taste in snack sticks.

Anyone who has used one of these can skip my review because they are well made and of good quality, and they fit my Cabelas branded 5lb stuffer. Read on if you're new to using a 3/8 tube to stuff snack sticks. br>Be cautious. If you use this tube in a large capacity stuffer, your stuffer will most likely be damaged beyond repair. br>The reason for this is due to hydraulic pressure physics. The larger the diameter of your sausage stuffer in relation to this tube, the more pressure you'll need to apply across the entire surface of the sausage to force it through. Snack stick tubes produce too much back pressure for larger stuffers, according to LEM and other stuffer manufacturers. br>Here are some steps you can take to avoid this issue: Using the smallest sausage stuffer hopper diameter available to you, leave the 25lb beast on the shelf and bust out your 5lber, don't let mixes with binders set up before stuffing, stuff RIGHT AWAY before the protein extraction gets out of hand. br>br>Nice long tube, make sure you have a little straw brush to clean the inside with. br>br>.
This item is compatible with the LEM 5lb sausage stuffer. As a result, it received a star. Before I blew the seal on the stuffer's plunger, I was able to eat about 1 pound of snack sticks. I read the reviews and saw that it was difficult to stuff, but I'm a stubborn person, so I figured it would work for me. Meat cannot flow through the tube because it is too small. To stand a chance, your sausage mixture would need to be extremely wet. I'm afraid I've damaged my stuffer by attempting to use this product, and since they don't accept returns, I'm guessing I've just wasted $17. This is one item I would avoid.
It functions admirably. This was a perfect fit for my smaller 5 pound stuffer. Because this is stainless steel, it was easy to clean. It's of excellent quality, and I didn't have any concerns about it breaking or bending.
I had to "unpack" the 19mm casing roll and slide it over the tube because it didn't fit over the end. It wasn't a huge deal, and it worked out perfectly.
Purchase a 1/2" tube and stuff 10 pounds of beef sticks in minutes! The casings as a whole glide over the surface with ease.
LEM 606 Sausage Stuffer (5 pound unit) was purchased. Fits perfectly, just like the stuffing tubes provided by LEM. This was ordered to make snack sticks in 17mm and 19mm casings. Pushing these smaller casings through the LEM 1/2" OD stuffing tube is a pain. This Smokehouse Chef 3/8" OD stuffing tube is compatible with both 17 mm and 19 mm LEM casings. This year, I'm anticipating a large number of snack sticks.
