We bought this for our wife for Christmas and she likes it a lot! The scale needle can be adjusted with an Allen wrench and it looks authentic. My scale is now mounted thanks to a mounting bracket I purchased at Lowe's in their garden section. This is a great.
This product was so cheap that I didn't think it was worth the price. My mom wanted this for Mother's Day, so I looked at it twice before purchasing. When I looked at the price a third time, it went up (of course) by $5. It was a gift I wanted to give to my mom, so I ordered it anyway. The moment I opened it, it disappointed me so much. There is literally PAPER in the number part of the scale. Simply printing the scale off and gluing it on are what they did. In other words, the scale is not functional. On the scale, you can see a painted hand made of cheap I like the metal part of the scale, but overall it's not worth the price tag.

I am using this for my farmhouse themed kitchen. It is very cute. While it's disappointing to see that the scale is made of paper and does not move, it's still worth the price. My scales are covered with fake lemons, and it looks so.
I really like how it turned out! The purpose of this is decorative. Put fresh fruit (lined with a cute tea towel) or dried flowers like lavender or roses in my display cases. Shabby chic nostalgia is one of my favorite looks.
