It was delivered to me a short time ago. I checked it out right away. There were a couple reviews that said it fell apart, however mine was all on one computer and all of the screws were secure. It was pulled out and I have already used it several times to weigh a beaver I captured. A reasonable amount of accuracy and durability appear to be present in this instrument. There are no complaints with it and I truly like It is possible as others buy this they may just unpack it to be on the safe side and check the screws as they do so.
Scale appears to work flawlessly and to be of good quality for the price. The first scale delivered to me literally fell apart when it was in the box, so I can't give it 5 stars. When I opened the box, there were loose nuts and molts in the bottom and the scale was not working. It was easy to return the scale to the seller. He sent me a prepaid return tag and I got another that worked just fine. Now that I have one that isn't defective, I got good support from the seller as well as a product that works as expected.
According to the other reviewer, the packaging isn't the best, so you'll find that the scale is a little scuffed upon receiving The readability of the text is not affected. As a whole, it works better than expected and is much more accurate than I anticipated. Furthermore, I like that the metal hooks have a wide opening and are sturdy. My screw was too large for the hole in the face, so I tried screwing it back in, but the hole was too large. It was a problem with the screw diameter so I replaced it with a bigger screw. The scale looks great and I am looking forward to using it.
