A few years ago, I purchased this scale and I use it quite a bit. I don't remember what Asian country produces it for LEM, but I don't believe it is made in the USA. It wouldn't be placed in a professional kitchen, but it is great for home use, and is fairly accurate and durable.
Is that right? I use a scale that weighs 40 dollars. You can dial in the weight by putting it on the dial. The device is junk and has no business being used in a commercial environment.
