You appear to get the clock, the chains, and the scoop bucket in the picture. Nothing else is included with it except a clock. As per the measurements, 16 is the value. This is a 4 x 8 x 41 inch frame. This is the ninth. I received one that is 16 x 1 x 12 inches. As well, the product description is a description of the company and not of It is on its way back to me. It was a disappointment.
