I appreciate the company's customer service. As soon as I opened the jar of salsa, I test it. Despite looking like the top hole would be large enough for wide-mouthed jars, it does not extend all the way to the bottom. There's just a tiny bit of a problem. In fact, given it's a touch too small, you think, "Awesome, I can open this up a bit more. ". You should not behave in that manner if you are thinking that way! Due to its rigid nature, the tool cannot be customized in the slightest. A snap of the wrist snapped it into half. I received a response from the company and was able to replace it within a short timeframe. Having this one is like having a dream come true Although, let's not open wide-mouth jars too wide with it. It opens them it with no effort at all on my part. Despite my best efforts, I still believe it would break. I just wanted to warn you. With the silicon sheet that comes in the pack, you can easily grip whatever you put your hands on My grippers from the grocery store are much better than these. There is a smaller bottle opener in the package as well, which works nicely for bottles of beverage.
I have been looking for one of these for a long time. Why did I wait so long to buy one? It is amazing to see these. Using the twist cap opener with my soda bottles is great, because I no longer feel as if I am tearing my finger and thumb off at the same time. One issue is that I cannot open widemouth jars with the jar opener. Although it does come with the grippy pad thing that is really useful, it does not come with a case. The majority of the time they never even get into the drawer because someone is using them. They will be bought again for Christmas, so I will probably just hook them to the wall. I am thinking of hanging them so they are up off the counter at least. A variety of stocking stuffers for the older kids as well as gifts for the adults attending the I'm so glad I bought this!.
My toddler broke one I used before by pulling it far to open. Having said that, they are easy to break if you try to pull them open too wide, so avoid doing that and you should be fine. I had a previous one that lasted me many years and worked great until it was broken by accident. My fingers hurt when I open twist off caps, so I'm sure the bottle cap opener will come in handy to open those annoying twist off caps, and I am sure the sticky square will hold up to odd shapes, it is very grippy and feels good quality. It would be a good purchase for me.
It is one of the best investments I have made in a long time. Due to my weak hands caused by arthritis in my wrists, I was unable to open the boxes. The idea has been on my mind for a while, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. This is the best thing I have bought in a long time. It opens every size without any effort. My eyes were opened wide when I saw this product. Its price was very reasonable as well.
Getting older makes it more difficult for me to open bottles on my own. It is that small black contraption that I love now! The lids on my cans are always a challenge for me when I can my own produce. What a great little device that black thing is! I can't imagine my life without it! The majority of these openers won't work, especially those used to open cans and bottles. I decided to keep it as it is too small for most of the jars I deal with even at the largest diameter, but it is perfect for smaller ones. From the three types of cloths, the silicon cloth is the most useful.
My hands are weaker than I expected since I have become a senior citizen. I am very grateful for this simple tool. I like this opener because it is easy to operate and does exactly what it is advertised to do. Purchased years ago and should have done so. I would recommend it highly.
These are great to have on hand if you have any trouble opening anything. The people around me helped me open things because I suffer from arthritis. That's not true any more. You'll find jars, soda cans, bottles with twist off tops, bottles with twist off cap types, and so much more to help you with your goods. You can give them to a friend who needs them if you are not in need of them.
