You need this tool to get the job done. To form a handle for the lid, it wraps around it. It comes with keys that are keyed with slots for every lid size, from a soda bottle lid to a jar of peanut butter. The lids almost pop off with little effort once all that leverage is applied.
Those should work for me as I use them to fill
The plastic is too soft and does not grip firmly, so I couldn't use it to open jars as it is not strong enough to open them.

There is not enough room to open Mason jars with this product. My original purpose for purchasing it was to open Mason Jars. It is technically capable of opening wide enough to grasp a Mason Jar, but that would require gigantic hands to use it. A tool like this wouldn't be necessary if I had gigantic hands. I was unable to squeeze it onto a Mason jar even when I tried. Jars smaller than this will fit in this tool. It is stated that it is for opening jars but does not specify that it is for small-sized jars. Currently, only jars can be purchased. It is deceptive.
Although these jar grips work well, sometimes it takes 10 minutes to remove the jar The time required to open a jar is 20 minutes. purchased this because I sometimes have trouble opening Gatorade bottles, and I don't always have someone to assist me. Like the larger tool in the set, I had previously tried it and had had good results with it. Sadly, the one I chose did not fit well on the cap when I tried to use it, and it cut into the handle. This was a bad thing to happen. My own strength was not enough to open the box but the flat, round piece of rubber gave me the edge I needed. On other things, I have used the round piece of rubber and opened them without any problems. I like it so much. Those are the only two tools I've used. Despite its functionality, I did not find it as convenient as I thought it would be. Sometimes the jar cover size is off and I struggle to open it with the robber bands. There have been a few times I mismatched the cover size and I had to use robber bands to open it.
