Product Description

Unlike the original apple slicer, this upgrade has four welding points on each blade that attach tightly to the corer ring, therefore making it a more durable and durable slicer to use every day.
Simply pick an apple no larger than 4 inches, align the slicer so that the core is in the center, then press the slicer into the apple to cut it through, twist slightly and remove Once you have 12 even apple slices, you are good to go! Unlike other apple slicers, this one is not suitable for cutting super-hard fruits like green apples or guavas. There may be blade deformation due to this. When the blades of the slicer are bent, stop pressing down on them for your safety.
Save time by using this tool when cutting most medium-size round fruits, such as apples, pears, and potatoes. Now you don't have to spend so much time cutting or slicing fruits, you can enjoy fruits almost every day!
It is the ideal kitchen gadget you need to prepare healthy apple snacks for the kids at school, as well as quick apple snacks for the office or a party. For making strudel or pies with apples, this is a handy tool.
Sharp Blades Be sure to keep a close eye on the blades. After using the product, you should clean it with the cleaning brush and use a cloth to wipe it dry or let it air dry to extend its We enable you to directly request a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

Questions & Answers

How big is the inner diameter of the valve Can an apple have a diameter over 1.6 m? According to the description, 4. does not appear to be the case. The 1 refers to the outer size of the blade or the blade itself?

An inner diameter of 4 inches and a core hole of 1 inch make up this cylinder. The only time I have a problem is when an apple doesn't I like it because it slices nicely.

A white tool that looked like a disposable razor was included with this. What is the purpose of this tool?

As you can see from the Description of the product, there is an entry called "Easy Cleaning" under "Thoughtful Features.". In the line directly below that heading is the phrase "Dishwasher Safe". In the next line it is the phrase "Comes with a cleaning brush and peeler". I'll assume that what you describe is not a brush, and that it is instead a peeler instead of a disposable razor that you think it is. In order to use the Apple Slicer, you would first use a peeler to remove the outer skin (or peel) of the apple. It sure would be nice if you didn't use it as a disposable razor since I wouldn't want you to do that.

the apple slicer strong enough to stand up to repeated use in a commercial environment? During the course of a day, we slice a lot of apples. ?

The product is not used for a commercial purpose, but I normally use it. I have bought several metal utensils in the past, but this one is the strongest, most durable, and most solid. No moving part is at risk of breaking, and the heavy-duty frame won't fall over. (The thickness of the duty and the weight of the product would make it ideal in my opinion. I simply do not think it is practical in a commercial kitchen where hundreds of apples are being corked every day, as it works best with the larger apples. It is well suited to smaller bags. (bulk bag organic - 5 lbs. Eventually, you will be able to press down the apples, but the center may need a bit more time to settle. The method works perfectly with medium to large apples. Simply center the core, bang, and twelve gorgeous slices are ready. In conclusion, I do use a cutting board, and I slam it down quite forcefully, in order to test

Should you slice them again with a knife first or can they be put into the food dehydrator as-is or can they be put into a food dehydrator after being thinly sliced?

If you want to dehydrate them, they'd have to be thinner, but I don't see how this is possible. On Amazon, I saw a slicer whose size goes even smaller. Maybe it's the same seller. Keep an eye out for it!

It's a great way to slice apples, but you have to be careful to not ruin them
5/5

The main reason I use this product is to slice apples, and when I say apples, I mean medium-sized, big apples that are about 3 to 3 1/4 inches each The diameter of the hole is 1/2 inch. I want to make it clear that I think the most important feature of this slicer is its extremely sharp blades. My wife warned me they are as sharp as razor blades. I urged her to be The blades themselves are sharp, but it's their placement on the shaft that makes this product so With this slicer, you can cut an apple into 12 slices, and if the blades didn't have as much sharpness as they do, you wouldn't be able to slice through some of the hardest After cutting your apple, place a cutting board beneath it so as not to damage your countertops. You should align the slicer with the centerline of the apple core after you position your apple on your chopping board. Look down through the center of the corer as you do so. As soon as you're aligned, start the slicer by slicing through the skin to get it started. If you think you are centered and ready to slice, grab a good grip on the slicer with both hands, push hard until you feel it hit the cutting board, and don't stop until you feel it move. If you stop, it might be hard to get it back going. The apple slices and the core of the apple are positioned nicely after they are sliced, making it easy to remove them from the slicer. Finally, I carefully remove any remaining skins and small pieces of apple by hand from the slicer and then spray hot water on them. By carefully drying from the top down (sharp edges down), I ensure that the slicer stays in good working order. A time saver like this is something I have never seen before. It was about a month ago that I wanted to start eating an apple every day (by slicing one), but I know I wouldn't have stayed with that habit if I didn't have the device to make it so simple. It's a great slicer, I'd highly recommend it!.

A perfect choice for our queen of fruit pies
5/5

The summer is a great time for our teenage daughter to hold an epic bake sale for charity. The 20 fruit pies this year were baked by 20 people. The day before we were about to initiate baking, I commented to my husband that the apple chopper (plastic handles) was about to snap, and that the baking would not last. This chopper was purchased for her by him. I like how sharp and study it is. Just a little bit easier during bake sale season.

The build is solid and long-lasting
5/5

One of these disposable slicers was not an option for me. Many of the items that I have purchased from local stores last three months or less. It's at that point that the plastic breaks and the blades rust, or that the whole thing basically falls apart. I didn't want to waste money on Pampered Chef, etc. , so I was willing to pay a bit more. Thanks for the way to slice. Instead of the 8 slices I saw around Amazon, I liked this way. You don't have to dislocate your jaw to eat a slice, and you don't have to wait five minutes for someone to ask a question while you chew! I would definitely recommend this book!.

An apple slicer must be large enough to handle large apples
5/5

There are two others I also bought, but this one is slightly larger I bought some apples, but they were too big to cut with the existing slicer that I already had so I had to cut them by hand. Afterward, I went looking for this one, which was larger and works fine.

This is a great unit
5/5

Quality equipment like this is extremely rare. Make sure that the blades are razor sharp as that's what is needed for this kind of device.
Normally a knife cuts by sliding over The opposite is also true in that an apple must be pierced along the entire surface of one of these segments There are a few brilliant rules in this, and this one is one of them. need to exert very little force and you will find that the slices are cut instantly, and the core can be thrown away afterward. It cleaned up right away after I ran some water over it. I recommend that you wash it as soon as possible. It would be necessary to use a special brush to clean dry hardened materials so the fingers aren't exposed to the sharpness. I love the way it cleans up, and the rinsing is enough to do the job. There is no need to waste time and energy trying to cut around the core, not to mention the waste of paper. Get one today.

This is dangerous! After the blades broke loose, I suffered a severe cut
3/5

This is dangerous! I advise you not to A regular Granny Smith apple was able to bend the blades after the second use, which caused a severe cut on my hand. A circle of blades broke off the handles. A recall should be issued for this item or it shouldn't be sold anymore.

This is an excellent tool for apples and pears
5/5

A previous tool broke, causing me to buy this one. There is no comparison to this item. It is much stronger, sharper. As a result, it can be used by children and those with swallowing difficulties It slices segments into small pieces. This is a highly recommended read.

When used correctly, this tool can greatly reduce time spent on administrative tasks
4/5

It took me a few minutes to slice an apple with this handy tool rather than with a traditional knife. I find the tool itself to be sturdy and generally reliable. br>The main problem with it is that it has a difficult time cleaning and if the Apple doesn't have a perfectly flat bottom, it can make it difficult to use. Having to be extremely careful around the blades is the only thing that makes cleaning this tool difficult. The edges are very sharp and makes cleaning between them a hassle. In addition, the sponge you're using ends up being chewed up. In this regard, the brand does not have a problem unique to its products, but any tool of this type would have the same problem. There is a second problem that is less apparent when you try to slice an apple that does not have a perfect shape. Even though it is technically possible to slice my shapen apples with this, it can be dangerous. The act of cutting results in moderate pressure being required. When you add in a rounded Apple into that scenario, it becomes considerably more difficult and potentially dangerous since you have to apply this pressure at an angle to remove the core cleanly. I believe this is an issue that does not speak exclusively to this brand of tool, but rather to the design The tool is rated as a huge time saver just be careful when using it or cleaning it, as the blades can be very sharp. Overall, I would recommend it.
