Having been searching for years for thin edged, flexible spatulas, I have found none. My aim is to get every ounce out of every bowl, jar and plate you serve me. I have found them to be effective. The sink does not have grease or food down it. Do not waste the last bit of jars or cans. I have one spatula with a broken handle that I wash every day and use four to five times. This product's handles are strong and won't break so it is nice to have several of them.
