They appeared to be made of cast iron, she assumed. Then I twisted them, and her mouth dropped open. I was surprised by the level of detail in the design. It's incredible! Cleaning is a breeze. Just toss them in with the dirty dishes! I've never been so enthusiastic about trivets or so pleased with them! )br>br>Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, I almost forgot about it! For the price, it's an incredible deal!.
These are something that both my wife and I enjoy, but for different reasons. We like the way they look and how scratch-resistant they are on the counters. They're ideal for hot pans as well as delicate glassware. But I enjoy throwing them. br>br> I'm only a foot or two away from the counter, where I'll place the pot. Maybe it's because I'm a guy, but I enjoy seeing if I can toss them where I want them to go and have them stay put. The only thing I don't like about them is that because they're flat, liquid can accumulate on the bottom. It's not a big deal, but we frequently make sweet tea, and I've discovered stains on the counter as a result of placing the pitcher or pan on top of the trivet. All I have to do now is be more aware of it and wash them off more frequently.
There are holes in them. These trivets are both decorative and practical. I had one sitting on a wet, freshly cleaned wooden cutting board. I sat a fresh-out-of-the-oven glass pie pan on top of it, and now the wood has a lovely fleur de lis pattern. Apart from my 'duh' moment, they do their job, which in my case is to protect my mother-in-law. the table in the dining room of my in-laws If you spill something on them, they do take some time to clean, but they are worth it.
It is well-made. My cookware is kept on shelves in my kitchen, which has a large garden window. These trivets sit beneath the pots and pans and look like cast iron, but there's no risk of rust marks on the shelves. They're great for protecting surfaces from hot pans, and they're easy to clean in the dishwasher. I'd suggest it.
The black and grey were the colors I chose. My husband went to reheat the casserole and put it in the oven, but the round thing became stuck to the bottom of the pan (my kids are slobs and spilled juice or something, so it became sticky). I BAKED THE HOT PAD FOR 25 MINUTES IN MY OVEN AND IT WAS FINE. IT DID NOT MELTS. I LOVE THESE THINGS. They're also adorably adorable!.
I like these a lot. I placed a second order for the same set as well as a different design and set. These will be a big hit with you. It is not possible to damage the counter by removing something from the oven or stovetop. When you place your order, buy two sets because you will enjoy them so much. A hot pad isn't as good as this.
These have exceeded my expectations. I haven't used it much yet, but it's lovely and a good price, and the quality appears to be excellent. I like the red color, and it complements my kitchen, which is red and cobolt with a touch of lighter blue. br>Do not hesitate to recommend!.
They have a lovely red hue to them, are easy to clean, and are the perfect thickness.
