The color turquoise is unmistakable, and it's a stunning color.

I haven't tried it yet, but slow cookers typically run between 200 and 300 degrees Fahrenheit. I've taken casseroles and other things out of the oven at 300 degrees, and I've taken them out at 350 degrees. They've been tested at 425°F and have held up well, so I'm hoping they'll work in slow cookers as well. My two slow cookers, on the other hand, already have feet that clear the counter, so they wouldn't help unless your crockpot was in direct contact with your surface.
Warm the water in the kitchen sink. Add 1 tbsp to the mix. 1/2 cup of baking soda and dish soap In the sink, stir it up a bit. Soak for 10 minutes with twivets. Rinse.

"Heat resistant up to 482 degrees Fahrenheit, Can be used to protect your counter tops, chicken tables from all hot things," says the manufacturer of this product. "br>WARNING: THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS INSTRUCTION My solid Cherry dining table was ruined as a result of it. On top of one of these, we placed a large bowl of hot chili on the table. As you can see in the photo, the imprint is still visible where it was burned. It couldn't have been more than 482°F. br>I just called Amazon, and they don't have the manufacturer's contact information. They're going to file a claim for false advertising on behalf of the manufacturer, but that's not going to help our burned dining room table.
I loved these at first, but when I took a large pot of corn off the burner and placed it on the trivet, it melted to the kitchen counter. Cleaning up was a nightmare, and several kitchen towels and oven mitts were ruined in the process. br>br>Until that point, I thought they were fantastic. I still have the other two, but I'm not going to use them for hot pots, which is what they were designed for. I'm not sure how you sell a trivet that can't withstand the heat of a pot that's been on the stove for a few minutes.
This melted into the surface of our kitchen counter, ruining it. The label "heat resistant" should not be applied to this item.
These silicone trivets are one of my favorites. The color is bright medium lime as shown in all three designs that I received. My only regret is that they are unlikely to be suitable for setting a hot pot straight from the stove, as their beauty involves far too much open space, which would likely transfer heat to the table. So, good for hot bowls but not so much for pots.
br>Buy them; you will not be dissatisfied!.
I needed a grabber to help me open some jars because I was having some difficulties. I just got them, but they appear to be nice, sturdy but flexible, and the price is reasonable for three small plate-sized trivets that can hold anything, including hot pans, plates, and even a pot of coffee, and are very easy to clean. It has worked in every situation I've tried it in, and my friend, who has arthritis, was able to open a jar with ease. So, if it does half of what it claims, it looks nice on the counter and is easy to reach for a hot item, such as a cup of coffee. They've already covered their costs.
Simply double them up if you want to be extra cautious on certain surfaces. They're adaptable while also being durable - When heavy items are placed on them, they will not compress. They can be hung to display their designs and will not curl in the slightest - They have not changed their minds. Dishwasher safe, won't warp or crack like wood trivets, and outlasts any fabric potholder I use them as a doily under my small salt lamps, and I also use them to hold plant pots.
I've been getting by with hotpads here and there, but what I really needed was something that wouldn't catch fire, and these are ideal for removing my instant pot insert and setting it out to cool. It also doesn't hurt that they're super cute. I really like the pop of blue, and I wish I could get all three in the solid middle version. I would strongly advise!.
