This will not fit 12 oz soda bottles.
This is a fantastic can coozie. I like that it works well and doesn't have the word yeti on it! Fits most 12 oz. glass bottles and 12 oz. cans. You can also purchase a 16oz extender to accommodate taller cans. br>br>Tip: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words " Remove the black plastic ring on top of the coozie and fill it with a cold 12oz cola or beer. Lefty looseie, righty tightie. There's no better way to make use of a can coozie than this. Rep until the drink is gone.
On a 105-degree day in Arizona, I put this koozie to the test against a Yeti and a Gus koozie for 2 1/2 hours. The soda started at 43 degrees and went up to 70 degrees in the 2 1/2 hour test, and all three kept it within a degree of each other. However, the quality of the threads on the top of the can where the lid screws on is drastically inferior to the others, and the lid threads are also slightly inferior. Crewing the lid on becomes a chore as a result of this, and it is frequently cross threaded. Because the threads are so small, I expect the lid to struggle to stay on over time. Will almost certainly return this one in exchange for another Gus, which is currently half a dollar cheaper.
When my previous Gus and Landwerks holders were no longer available, I bought this Gtell product. Gtell appears to be identical to the other two products. The tops can even be swapped out. The top will not screw down all the way when a standard 12 oz soda can (Pepsi, if you must know) is inserted. It can't help but slant to one side or the other. Perhaps it's just this particular unit. br>br> However, I'm not interested in trying out another to see if it works. The crooked lid holds the can in place, and the holder keeps it cool for as long as any other in its class. br>br>Functionally, the product is fine. However, I will not purchase another Gtell product.
This is where I keep my 16-ounce water bottle. For the most part, it keeps the water cool. It works the same way with my Dr. Pepper, but it gives me the impression that I have more DP than I actually do - lol- It's a little disappointing because I get to the last drop before I realize it. It's just a personal annoyance for me, and it's unlikely to bother others. Both at home and at work, I have one.
It was impossible to remove the part of the can that did go in because it wouldn't go all the way. The top rubber band came off with the can, which was crumpled up as a result of the attempt to remove it. The soda can, on the other hand, goes right in and keeps the soda cold without the black thing. So that's what I'm doing with it!.
I'm not a fan. I suppose it does what it says, but I haven't paid much attention to it; it's probably better to pay a little more for something of higher quality. This is probably a little harsher of a review, but I feel like I was duped. Furthermore, the time it took for it to arrive was excessive. It isn't suitable for larger beverages. Regular soda or beer cans will fit in this can. br>My recommendation is to take the next step up, pay more, and purchase a well-known product.
The 12oz cans aren't very tight, and they slip out, but they could be useful for larger containers.
