All of the sleeves are stainless steel, and on top of the black part on top there is a rubber band that can be removed, which has a small lip to align itself with the hole. Several years ago, I bought it as a paper cup, but now I use it as an insulator for plastic cups. I've had mine for over a decade, and I've found it to be excellent insulation. I still like it just as much today as when I bought it.
These are my go-to over all McDonald's drinks, including hot and cold Medium and large ice creams are cold, as are Burger King medium and large ice creams. Everything will fit except the large Burger King cold drink cups. The cup sits either a little higher or a little lower depending on the size. *br>This is very, very nice. It keeps the coffee warm for a long time, most There was one for each of my cars.
It's great for all Starbucks cups, no matter what size they are. Because Starbucks cups have a lip on the bottom, the tall and grande sizes remain in place for longer periods of time. While coffee is kept hot for much longer in the venti cup because it is above the black of the insulator, it still does so 3 hours is enough time for me to keep a venti hot.

My Dunkin heated up for 2 hours (possibly longer but I finished it before it cooled down - it came to me the next day via Amazon Prime). As a result of COVID/mask use in stores, my truck had sat for that long only because I had gone into a store and left my mask there (half to see how long it would last, half to see how long it would last). Although it doesn't fit the LG Dunkin cup as well as I had hoped, it only sticks out an inch or so.
It fits in my car cup holder and is easy to hold due to the rubber ring at the top. The first one I owned was like new and I used it every work day for 22 years before losing it when I retired. Replaced it with a new one.
Coffee shops usually use 20oz paper cups, which are insulated and used to hold the water in these stainless steel cups. In terms of keeping drinks hot or cold, they do a great job. The cold drinks sold at coffee shops do not fit in these cups, but you can transfer the cold drink to one of their 20oz paper cups, and they will work.
When boiling water, add 20 oz paper cups to the bottom so the cups reach their full depth. It fits in the cup holder of a car.
It's a great product! I've purchased four! This is one of my favorite things! Keeping my coffee (latte) hot for over 6 hours is their specialty!.
One of the two ordered products is fine. The second product arrived in bad shape with numerous dents. Getting it round enough to use was easy, but better packaging would have been nice. Our lattes stay nice and warm now that both devices are working.
Despite what I expected, the product was not as good as I had hoped. I feel that I have been robbed.
We had one for years, so we spent a lot of money on a backup unit.
