The sleeve is entirely made of stainless steel, both inside and out. The black part on top is a removable rubber band with a small lip on top to align it with the opening. It can be used as a cup or a paper cup insulator; I use mine with a plastic cup inside and it insulates well; I've had one for over ten years. It's still as good as it was when it was new.
I put these in all of McDonald's drinks, both hot and cold. cold medium and large sizes, as well as medium Burger King sizes Everything should fit except the very large Burger King cold drink plastic cups, which sit a little higher or lower depending on size.br>This is very nice because it keeps the coffee warm for a long time, certainly longer than an hour. br>I purchased one for each of my automobiles.
It's perfect for all sizes of Starbucks cups. Because of the Starbucks cup's lip, the tall and grande cups stay in place. The venti cup protrudes above the insulator's black, but the sleeve keeps the coffee hot for much longer than it would without it. I have the ability to keep a venti hot for three hours.

It arrived the next day via Amazon Prime, and it kept my Dunkin hot for two hours (possibly longer, but I ate it first - It only sat for that long because I went into a store and left it in my truck (half because stores use COVID/masks, half to see how long it would last). It doesn't quite fit the LG Dunkin cup as snugly as I'd hoped, but only about an inch or so protrudes.
My Venti Starbuck Pike Place fits perfectly in this insulator sleeve and stays drinkable for 3 hours; it also fits in my car cup holder and is easy to hold thanks to the rubbery ring. I had my first one for 22 years and it was in excellent condition, but I misplaced it when I retired. I had to go out and purchase a new one.
These are stainless insulated coffee cups that can hold a 20 oz paper coffee cup from a typical coffee shop. br>They do an excellent job of keeping drinks hot or cold. These don't fit the cold drinks sold in coffee shops, but you can transfer the cold drink to one of their 20oz paper cups and they'll fit perfectly again.
I've been using these for years and they keep coffee hot for 4 hours. Boiling water first, then using a 20 oz paper cup to reach the bottom of the pot. It fits in the cup holder of a car.
This is the fourth one I've bought. They are fantastic! My latte (coffee) stays warm for 6 hours because of them!.
One of the two ordered was fine, but the other had several dents and was out of round when it arrived. I was able to get it to be round enough to use, but better packaging would be preferable. br>Both now function properly, keeping our lattes nice and warm.
I didn't like the product because it wasn't what I had anticipated. I'm feeling robbed right now.
