If you're a six-year-old, ignore this review. year- because the handles on these otherwise very nice, heavy duty scoops may well fit your hand perfectly, but if you're an adult, you might find them to be almost comically too short, stubby, and not big enough around either. I'm a man with average-sized hands, and I bought both the 24oz and 38oz models (both with the same review) for large bags of birdseed, and I have to put my thumb inside the scoop to get a grip on either of them. In the product photos, they appear to be a lot bigger. I have a 5 oz plastic scoop with a larger handle that I use. They appear to be indestructible, but I can't use them if I have to hold them like a pencil. I'm coming back.
I'VE USED MANY MANY TYPES OF ICE SCOOPS IN MY 45 YEARS AS A PROFESSIONAL BARTENDER. br>THIS SCOOP IS LIGHT, SMOOTH ON THE HANDS, AND EASY TO HANDLE. THE PERFECT SIZE FOR FILLING THREE GLASSES AT ONCE AND NOT TOO LARGE TO HANDLE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND INCLUDING THIS IN YOUR TOOL KIT.
It's a decent scavenger hunt. The only flaw is that the handle is extremely short; I have to wrap my fingers around it and can only use two fingers on it. When you only need one or two chunks, this method works well.
I was looking for a scooper that was made in the United States specifically. Only to discover that it was manufactured in China. The handle is too small, and the material is of poor quality. I intend to return.
Our dog food is made with it. Has performed admirably and is a very sturdy item.
This scoop is ideal for any application that requires a scoop. I make cat litter out of a 40-pound bag. into the box with the bag There will be no spillage.
Fast shipping, smooth transaction, and the item was exactly as described. But I underestimated the size of the 24 oz ice scoop. If you want to bag ice, I recommend getting the 58oz scoop.
I use it to scoop my dog's food, and it's a great product.
