Questions & Answers
Well, I use a regular-sized dinner plate to place my cake on, and then I use that plate to fit it in the carrier.
My name is Meredra, and I have never tasted plastic in the cake, cookies or cupcakes I've stored in carrier containers.
My guess is that it would not. It is not possible to tell if they are thin layers or not. Just a couple of layers and a decorated top kept my cake in place.
A plastic dish is all it is. It is in fact not a spinning dish, so you cannot turn it.

With its double handles and side locks, I feel quite secure in it, and its balance is nice. This semester I took a two-credit course The cake arrived without a lick of frosting lost on the crowded subway ride to work. This product was that I bought a few weeks ago now, so I can't yet comment on the durability of this product, but I'm so glad I made the.
There is no shortage of space. The quality of the product is excellent. It has been a long time since I needed a cake carrier. I am so glad I found it! The bottom of the cabinet is very sturdy, and it can be locked in place My feelings were very positive this morning as I carried it to my destination. I bought a Nordic Ware bundt pan on Amazon which is 10 inches in diameter. As you can see in the photos, the cake easily fit in. The diameter of this is 1". It is on a cake board that is also from here, a 10" round one. There is more than enough space. It is clear from the photo that there was plenty of space with the almost 4" height. A sheet of paper towel is put down on the bottom of the cake/cake board to keep it from shifting. The sheet of paper towel is then wet and put on the bottom to keep the cake from moving around.
As for my daughter's birthday cake, I carried it, I baked it at home (9", two layers on a 10" round cake tray), to the party, then back home and it worked exactly as it should. Although the latches on the lid are sturdy, I want to be on the safe side and support the bottom with my other hand whenever possible (I never know if the handles will come off, although they are sturdy too). The space inside was big enough for two people There isn't much decoration on the top of the 9" cake (just writing this). Even so, it would have been nice if the lid was higher and the bottom a bit wider, due to the fact that you can't fit a 12" cake tray in there, and 11" trays aren't cheap to buy (only An increase of a few points would be nice for a The top of a cake should have more decorations than a layer cake. It would be great if they made a larger version someday. I find it both useful for carrying cakes and storing them.
The pan fits a fully assembled springform pan up to 10 inches! When I first looked at the locking mechanism I was skeptical, however, the two clasps held the top and bottom sections together without a problem. It's easy to store, even when loaded down with a heavy dessert. Its shape makes it easy to nest with other kitchen pans.
Our old carrier had an unusual design, so we decided to replace it with this one that has a red color and a design we find appealing. I've had no problems with it so far You can even see where to cut the cake on the bottom of the A seal makes it easy to keep everything fresh, and it also comes with a handle to make it easy to carry. 'Why did we take so long to act?'.
Foil is thin and flimsy. This product can't be recommended in good faith by me. My wife was elated when I first pulled it out for our daughter's birthday cake, knowing everything was in order. After I baked the cake, I put it in the fridge before storing it at the party, and so far it has been fine. After I pulled out the base of the book and went to unclip the lid from the base, one of the clips completely broke apart. The durability of the product gets a zero from This was a $20 waste that went straight to the trash.
As a baker or pastry chef, I like knowing that I can transport my cakes or pies in this carrier without worry that they will slide all over. It can hold all kinds of desserts, as well as other things to take to parties, picnics or other events. Since I had never used one before, I was glad to get one for Thanksgiving weekend. I already used it a couple of times, and it has been among my favorite purchases so far.
The purchase was very satisfying overall until it broke on May 28,2020. I have only used it twice and feel I should receive a replacement or a refund since I have only used it twice. I feel it's a shame to spend good money on something, use it twice, and then it breaks, it won't line up after being washed, so there is no way to lock it. Ideally I'd like some word back from Maker or Amazon , who are responsible for supporting this product. Thank you, I am an avid customer of Amazon for years, and I take advantage of hundreds of deals every couple months. Don't I deserve your consideration?.
